    Home Inspection

    Chris was very helpful and answered any and all questions I had. He found many minor issues and explained exactly what was the problem so I'll be able to address them myself. Very friendly and professional service, can't say anything wrong about Chris and 4 Sight Inspections.

    Inspection by expert, very professional services

    The home inspector Steve arrived at site 5 min before the scheduled time and gave us brief about what all he will be covering, very friendly and experienced guy. He educated us on many aspects during the inspections, giving recommendations and how to's. The inspection was detailed and took around 3 hours for the semi-detached house. He was very polite, on his feet the entire time of inspection. As first home buyer we felt his services trust worthy and reliable.

    House inspection

    Michael did amazing job, was able to complete it within our time period and was very thorough in his report. He was very professional and prompt. His report is quite detailed and included pictures of the parts that required further followup. We would definitely recommend Michael and would use his services again!

    Townhouse Inspection

    I was interested in purchasing my first house, however it had a musky smell lingering in the air so I was concerned about potential mold problems. Michael arrived on time, inspected the house throughly, and addressed my mold issue in a professional manner. He gave me the assurance I need to make a decision to whether to purchase the home. Would highly recommend his services.

    Timely, friendly and professional service.

    I needed a home inspection performed within a short timeline. Chris accommodated my request in scheduling the inspection to meet my needs. Aaron provided a thorough inspection of the property. He gave detailed feedback during the inspection and we even received the inspection report 2 hours after the inspection was completed. I highly recommend this service. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

    Great quality

    We had inspection 2 days ago before buying a new house. It was very professionally done by Chris. He thoroughly checked all details and gave us explanations about everything we asked him. Now we have all information about the house, what is well done there and what we have to improve in the first turn. I would definitely recommend Chris to my friends or anyone who is interested in professional approach.

    Townhouse inspection

    I recently purchased a townhouse and needed an inspection. Chris was very organized, thorough and knowledgeable. He was also patient and helpful in explaining all the potential issues especially to a new home owner like myself!

    Very Profession, Friendly and an Expert

    Steve came to do the inspection and I must say that he knew his work very very well. Absolutely no complaints and infact, I am very pleased by the report he produced.

    Home Inspection

    Thorough home inspection after home purchase - GTA/Scarborough

    Being a first time home owner, I knew very little about how a house works and what the norms were. I chose 4 Sight because they listed their prices online. The price online was what I paid at the end of the inspection. I did not find many companies that had their prices so easily accessible. Chris was our inspector and he was VERY patient and answered all my questions. Chris definitely relieved all my concerns after making such as large purchase with his thoroughness and insight. Throughout the inspection, Chris told us how each system worked, its general purpose and maintenance. This seems basic but as a first time owner, this was a tremendous value. 4 Sight was very accommodating from the beginning. I booked Sunday afternoon for 10 am appointment the next day. Chris was in our driveway already by 9:40 am! The inspection for us started from the front, backyard, sides of house, garage, basement, main level and second level. Chris was quick to inspect areas of concerns and was meticulous in the rest of the inspection. At the end, we were given a summary of inspection, recommendations that was followed by a 75+ page report 2 hours later! Overall, for a first time home owner, I would definitely recommend 4 Sight/Chris for home inspections.
