    First time home buyer

    Had a great experience with Chris. We are first time home buyers and Chris explained not only some minor deficiencies but also what to look out for in the future as first time home owners. Chris was thorough and diligent in his review and provided a complete report. Will highly recommend 4 Sight to friends and family!

    Home Inspection - Townhouse

    Gave Mike a call after reading the reviews and arranged for an inspection shortly. As described, he was very thorough and helpful with questions and suggestions. His pricing included the infra-red scan for moisture which some of the other inspectors did not include in their basic package. The report that came at the end of the day included pictures and brief descriptions and some diagrams for illustrations - this was helpful when shopping around for renovations etc. Although no issues were found, it gave us a piece of mind and was an educational experience! I do recommend Mike & 4Sight. Thanks Mike!

    On time and great feedback

    Steve was on time and a great person to deal with. Since the house was older (30 years), he was able to tell us what will be urgent fixes and what we can budget for in the near future. Both me and my wife were VERY satisfied with the service that we received. THANK YOU!

    Home inspection

    our inspector was very professional. arrived on time and great with answering every question we had. gives you all the neccessary information and problems on the house. also very helpfull on giving us a ballpark on the approximate cost of any repairs that need to be done on the house. all in all, great service. thanks Michael

    Chris's inspection

    Chris is awesome in his work He gave thorough knowledge and answered all questions to make us comfortable buying home It was more of knowledge than inspection, truly. Highly recommended. Pricewise as well they are reasonable

    Inspection

    The scheduling and follow up was amazing, showed up in time very decent and professional..well deserved 5 stars,all I have been told have been fulfiled,inspection was done using a camera and took its time,the report is fully descriptive.

    Excellent Job

    Michael is very knowledgeable. He took his time and did a thorough inspection of the property. As fist time home buyers we were not really sure about how this things work. But he calmly answered all our question and gave us very good idea of the condition of the house. We are very satisfied and will recommend him to anyone who is looking to get a house inspection done.     Very efficient and professional

    I contacted 4Sight Inspection for a home we want to purchase and he responded very quickly. We were able to set-up the appointment quickly and for a weekend. He was very professional, through and even sent us the report a few hours after it was finished. Totally recommend this company for home inspections!

    Detailed home inspection

    Michael was prompt and did a thorough inspection of the house. He was also approachable and clarified all my queries. The report was sent the same day. Very efficient process. I am a happy customer :)
