    Home inspection

    Chris did my inspection. Second time using Chris. Great efficient work. Professional. Showed up 0n time. No rush to leave. Very thorough. Report gets send promptly and very computer. Would recommend .

    Professional

    Home Inspection (5 day for sale)

    Michael was quick to respond and was able to turn around a very comprehensive (including pictures) home inspection to help us meet our deadline for a conditional purchase of a home. He was timely, professional and a pleasure to work with.

    Home inspection (30 day)

    Rick, the home inspector, was very punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. As a first time new home buyer, I had many questions and Rick was very patient with me and answered any and all questions. It was a very cold morning, but he did not rush the exterior inspection. The report, including findings and photos, was sent an hour or two following the end of the appointment. Thank you for all of your help and hard work in providing this essential service, especially during a pandemic world! It is much appreciated! Take care!

    Home inspection

    Had my home inspected by Michael. Was great knowledgeable and professional. Walked me through the inspection and answered all my questions. Arrived and finished on time. Would highly recommend to others.

    Home Inspection

    Very happy with my home inspection experience with Chris. He was quick to respond to my request, gave clear summary of inspection provided and the quote. He was very thorough and took time to answer any questions I had while inspection was taking place. The final report was very detailed and summary advice provide was fantastic. Chris’s knowledge base from past professional experience in multiple fields really showed in his inspection, advice and report. I am grateful he was so willing to share his knowledge. I wish I could spend a night making this review as detailed as his report; but in a nutshell he was great and I would highly recommend him. The only negative thing I have to say (not about Chris or the inspection) is that it has been extremely difficult to get this review posted, it keeps getting rejected which is really annoying and making me not want to leave a review on this site. => follow up: Homestars did finally call back and explain the situation and validated this review; so I’ll give them credit for fixing it in a timely manner. Thank you to the nice lady on the phone from Homestars who got the ball rolling to get this rectified quickly.

    Home inspection on an 90yrs old home

    Called a day before, able to get an appointment the next day right away. Chris arrived promptly and on time for the appointment. He spent a few hours going through the entire house and being extremely thorough, He explained his findings with us and answered all our questions very patiently and professionally . Report was sent the night right after the inspection, and it was extremely detailed and thorough and had lots of pictures and diagrams for us to reference to.

    Home Inspection - Very Satisfied!

    Had a full inspection done by Michael for a new house purchase. Appointments were readily available and easy/convenient to book - Michael arrived promptly and on time for the appointment. He spent a few hours going through the entire house and being extremely thorough, and still took the time to explain and discuss his findings before leaving and answer any questions we had. Report was sent on the same day very soon after the actual inspection, and was extremely detailed and thorough (nearly 100 pages) with comments, locations, pictures, and explanations for everything. Extremely satisfied with everything and would highly recommend, and will definitely use 4Sight for any future needs.

    Prompt, efficient and informative

    I contacted 4 Sight Inspections Inc. the day before Christmas and was able to schedule a visit within two days of my call. The follow up correspondence was prompt and clear. The inspector, Steve arrived on schedule and was personable and approachable. Steve was respectful and took proper safety precautions for managing the inspection during the pandemic. The inspection was very thorough and Steve gave updates throughout the process. He took the time to explain details to me and gave thoughtful responses to each of my questions. Steve also provided helpful information about prioritizing repairs. The inspection report was also thorough and educational. I am much more aware of the issues that require attention in the home and learned a lot in the process. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend 4 Sight Inspections Inc.
