    Home inspection

    We are very impressed with Mike’s assessment of our home inspection. He was detail in every step, explained pros and cons of all his findings. He gave recommendations to how to even fix the issues and very open and honest feedback.

    Home inspection

    Michael was very transparent on cost, the service he was going to provide (including thermal imaging) and limitations of what a home inspector can actually assess (not evaluating things behind walls or things he could not access etc.). Our realtor commented on how thorough and meticulous he was with our inspection, and we received our very detailed report within 2 hours. We’ve used him for 2 inspections and have been completely satisfied with our experience

    Home Inspection

    The 4Sight inspector that completed our home inspection was very thorough and friendly in explaining everything in much detail. His feedback during the inspection gave us the assurance that we were making the right decision to proceed with the purchase of this home.

    Home Inspection Oshawa

    Chris was such a delight to work with. We are first time home owners so we weren't sure what to expect. We came in and he automatically examined everything from top to bottom without missing an inch of space. He showed us first hand what to look for, explained different procedures to improve it and also throroughly taught my fiancee different ways of adjusting items around the house. We are very happy with his service.

    Home Inspection

    Booking online and working with Michael was seamless. Automatic acknowledgement and email confirmation quickly. Our home inspection was with Micheal whom did a very through job. Micheal was friendly and followed all safety protocols which is very important these days. Micheal answered all our questions in detail and never seemed rushed to just get to end of job. He pus us completely as ease with our purchase, gave us extra advice to look after the home. We received the report 2 hours later, which was also very detailed and helpful. We strongly recommend using 4sight for your home inspection. Thank you Chris and Michael.

    Home inspection by Chris

    Booking with Michael was seamless and our requested day and time was accommodated even though it was after 5pm. Our home inspection was conducted by Chris who is awesome. Chris is thorough, friendly and followed all safety protocols which is very important these days. Chris answered all our questions in detail and never seemed rushed to just get to end of job. We received the report first thing in the morning which was also very detailed and helpful. We strongly recommend using 4sight for your home inspection. Thank you Chris and Michael.

    Home Inspection - Buyer

    We are very happy with the detailed home inspection we received from Chris. Our son was ready to buy his first home and we wanted to ensure his hard earned money would be rewarded with a beautiful, cost effective home. Chris was very thorough, and explained everything in detail to my husband and son. The detailed, easy to read report we received was very helpful in our decision not to buy the house because of a structural issue and a few other areas that would not have been a good investment. We will definitely use their services in the next home and hope for a better outcome.

    Excellent service

    I contacted 4sight for inspection on a property we were looking at purchasing. They were able to accommodate a fairly short notice window of time available for the inspection. Chris came met us at the house and was extremely professional and very informative. The details of the report were very helpful in guiding our decision about purchasing the property. I would highly recommend 4Sight!

    Warranty home inspection

    We had Michael do home inspection for our house for 1-yr warranty. We've had Michael do an inspection for us on a resale home about 7 years ago and we liked how meticulous and professional he was then. And we had the same experience this second time! Michael is very organized, careful going around the house, he is very engaging, answered all our questions, he explains what he looks for and he writes his reports promptly and thoroughly. We highly recommend his services!
