    home inspection

    Steve did a great job explaining to us each of the areas of inspection and showing us what he was finding. He also helped us to understand what should be corrected and the time frames. We were really happy we chose 4 Sight Inspections. We feel like we got a lot of value from the report so we can make good decisions going forward.

    Excellent Service - HIghly recommended!

    Excellent service, very thorough inspection using thermal cameras and willingness to discuss and explain solutions on small points that were noticed during inspection. Very logical price also. Highly recomended, will definetely cooperate again in the future.

    Home Inspection

    Very satisfied about the 4 Sight inspection service. Inspector Aaron was very patient and explained all important details as that It is our first house. He checked each part of the house carefully, I definitely recommend their service.

    Inspection for our new home

    Chris performed the home inspection for our new home that we were looking to purchase. He was extremely thorough and his knowledge of his craft was evident from the start. He was also very patient while answering our questions. Will be happy to recommend him to other home buyers.

    Amazing Inspection

    My Fiance and I are purchasing our first home together this September. We opted to get an inspection from 4 sight inspections as we had seen amazing reviews. Our inspector, Chris was really friendly and informative throughout the inspection. We really apprecaite that he took his time to help educate us on things we'd need to pay attention to. It was a great learning experience us for the two and we are really happy we chose 4 sight inspections.

    Michael was great

    Michael did a great job inspecting the home I was planning on purchasing. He was able to squeeze me in at the last minute and answer all the questions I had. He was very friendly and easy to talk with. My contractor and real estate agent asked for his contact info because they were impressed with his inspection.

    Thorough

    Home Inspection

    We wanted a pre-sale home inspection to be done for our new purchase. Chris is very knowledgeable and provided us with detailed information about every single major/minor thing that he came across. Very punctual, highly professional and very friendly. The report provided in the end is so detailed with recommendations and steps you can take in future. I would definitely recommend their services.

    Quality, efficient, competitive pricing

    Chris was amazing , he was very knowledgeable, honest , considerate and focused. He preformed his job thoroughly with confidence and efficiency. Paid attention to major issues and caught the small defects. His report was easy to understand and well put together. I would definitely recommend him and the company to others. Even my Realestate agent , who's been in the industry over 30 yrs, was Impressed buy the quality’s work.
