    Complete home inspection

    I am an out of town landlord with a rental property in Ottawa which is an older condo garden home. My decision to use 4Sight Home Inspections did not disappoint. Rick was very professional, courteous, and detailed while on-site, on the phone, in emails and in his reporting. This allowed me to start a dialogue with the property manager about attic/roof observations and to take the steps necessary to correct some issues inside the home. The photos and timelines for repair with the report were also a great help. Sincere and grateful thanks to Rick and to Michael.

    Home Inspection

    Excellent work by Chris. We used his services for a home inspection. He seemed very knowledgeable, was on time and was very friendly. I have used 4Sight for another property 3 years ago and was once again thoroughly impressed.

    Home inspection

    Amazing service, very professional from start to finish. Micheal was very thorough, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He answered every question I had and provided many advices on how to better maintain the house. Price is good comparing to others out there... I highly recommend

    Michael and 4Sight Inspections were great!

    I booked 4 Sight Inspections online on Sunday night and had confirmation of the appointment the same night. Inspection was completed 3 days later - Michael was very thorough and informative. As a first time home-buyer, we appreciated his willingness to take his time and explain the details of our new home.

    Inspection of A future Family Home

    When purchasing the Biggest Investment in your Lifetime. This Company Definitely gives you that peace of mind you are making the right choice . Aaron took me from top to bottom in the house . Things I would never think to pay attention to . Extremely informative, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. Checking everything right down to the age and functioning of the appliances. Aaron went over the whole house from top to bottom . Leaving no stone unturned. His professional opinion gave me the piece of mind to make an confident executive decision of the home .     Amazing Home inspection

    A very thorough home inspection performed by very nice and friendly Chris. He went about the inspection in a very methodical manner and also was more than happy to have us tag along him. He kept explaining everything he was observing during the inspection and was willing to go extra mile to ensure everything is checked thoroughly.     Mid-Construction Home Evaluation

    I requested a mid-project inspection as I had changed contractors and had an interested buyer in my property. I wanted to be sure prior to moving forward that issues with work completed were evaluated and to ensure all measures were taken for work moving forward to be of the highest quality. I was able to book the review quickly, it was extremely cost effective, and the inspector was happy to address specific areas of concern that I had noted. Very pleased with the process and outcome.

    Property inspection

    I am buying a home and used their services for home inspection. Very professional service. Booking with them is a very smooth process. Chris is a very professional person, he arrived on time and also explained to me the nuances to look for. The inspection was very detailed and took around 2 hours. The inspection report is also quite thorough supported by general guidelines and pictures. Highly recommended !!

    Inspection

    We had an 1880's home inspected - the report they provided and feedback on site was exceptional. No page was left unturned. They were timely, courteous and respectful of the cleanliness of the home. Highly recommend.

    Emergency home inspection

    We just had a complete home reno done with a ton of issues. We needed a third party professional to come inspect the job. We are 3 months post reno and have had numerous leaks. We called 4 sight Saturday night they answered the phone right away and scheduled someone Sunday morning. We called someone else and no response. The fact that someone answered when we called and was able to send someone out immediately the next day is excellent service in our books. We also received a report same day. Report was thorough and included detailed pictures. Aaron was excellent. Very nice and worked efficiently examining all issues we indicated with great detail. Fantastic home inspection company. Deserves every 5 star they have achieved up to now.
