    Home Inspection

    Quick and timely response. Michael was reliable, knowledgeable, and sent the report via email the same day. The report and inspection was thorough and I would definitely recommend his services.

    Home inspection

    We met Michael for the home inspection. He provided a lot of valuable information and explained the inspection thoroughly. I have no hesitation on recommending his services. We also got the thermal scan and it was amazing to see behind the walls. I would highly recommend you get that service. He was a pleasure to deal with and he provided us with a full report with pictures and explanations within 2 hours.

    Home Inspection

    Based on a coworker's recommendation, I contacted 4Sight Inspections and met with Aaron (in the London, ON area) recently. From the start, I was impressed with their website and the option to book online. When we met with Aaron, we found him to be extremely approachable and kind. We are first-time home buyers and are completely new to this process. Aaron was very thorough and explained things in a way that was easy for us to understand. I was unsure if a home inspection was needed, but my partner, the seller, and family were very impressed with his service and that it was well worth the cost. I was also pleasantly surprised with the quick turnaround for receiving the report. Within hours, I had the complete file, full of detailed recommendations, instructions, and photos. Overall, I would strongly recommend Aaron Lee and 4Sight to anyone needing a home inspection.

    Home inspection

    I have used 4 Sight inspections twice now. First was Mike who came for our home inspection in Cambridge and now Chris who came to Whitby. They were both very thorough, calm and very experienced. The reports were detailed and honest. I would definitely use 4 Sight for our next home purchase in the future.

    30 day home inspection

    Good service and knowledge. Chris was patience and went through all the items as he did his inspection. His inspection was very thoroughly. I would recommend 4sight home inspection .

    Home Inspection

    Home Inspection

    What a great experience with 4 Sight Inspections! The booking process was easy to do online, the availability options were good and the inspection was painless. We recently purchased our house but wanted to have an inspection done after we moved in. Michael did a great job educating us on what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend them!

    Home inspection

    Had a great experience with 4 sight. Michael was detailed in doing the inspection, he was also more than happy to explain anything if you had any questions. I would recommend this company specially Michael for any home inspection. Great job

    Home inspection for buyer

    I’m new to Canada and first buyer and was referred to 4 Sight Inspection by my realtor agent who always had good experience with them. I contacted them and got a prompt response with some options of date and time to execute the service. They were punctual, professional and after the inspection was done, the inspector spent another 20minutes explaining his impressions and/or points of attention. I’m very pleased with the result and comfortable to make my final decision.
