    Semi-Detached Home Inspection in Aurora

    Michael was accommodating for doing a home inspection during the COVID-19 pandemic. There were safety procedures and guidelines which were practiced by all parties involved during the inspection, which was reassuring. Regarding the inspection, Michael was thorough and informative. He pointed out any issues he noticed and answered all my questions professionally. The inspection report was received within two hours after the inspection, and it was easy to comprehend. In the report, there were recommendations on noted issues along with diagrams for us to review. Overall, it was a great educational experience. Michael's professionalism and experience gave us the peace of mind we needed to purchase our first home. We will definitely recommend 4sight to friends and family!

    Home Inspection

    Was worried about getting an inspection quickly with COVID; Michael was great, easy to arrange appointment and very detailed and professional inspection report delivered with no issues, very easy to understand the process.

    Home inspection

    Michael was very helpfull. This is our first home and we had no idea what it would be like. He answered all questions and clarified any concerns we had. We are very thankfull for some one who was kind and very knowledgeable

    Home Inspection

    I had Chris as an inspector. Very nice service. Had all equipment necessary to perform a house inspection, showed himself very knowledgeable and gave me good tips of how to maintain my future house. He made me feel relieved of what I was purchasing and aware of all I had to do once I move in.

    Fast Friendly Thorough

    Michael was recommended to us by our realtor and we were very satisfied with his service. He documented the house with photographs, which he included in his report and sent to us by the end of the day. He also answered all the questions we had about issues that might arise if we were to buy the property. I'm happy to say we bought it!

    Michael is very professional and friendly

    Michael's inspection is very professional. I met him in mid-March to do my Tarion one year inspection. He is very thoughtful, before entering the house, he even prepared disposable gloves to use. He helped to identify the improper slope outside of the house which may chance water pooling. He is friendly and calm. Within 2 hours after the inspection, he sent the full report with pictures to me by email. I recommend his inspection service !

    House Inspection

    Arranging home inspection with Michael was super easy and fast. The price and the length of the inspection appointment were communicated up front. The inspection went well and the report was made available within a few hours. The content of the report looked professionally prepared and easy to understand.     Inspection of a new condo

    4 Sight Inspection and specifically Chris, were responsive, detailed and professional. Given the current environment with covid-19, Chris took as many precautions as possible while still doing a very detailed inspection on my new place. Within hours after completion, I received a very detailed report with photos and description of issues. I will be able to use this information to get the necessary fixes made to home. 4 Sight Inspection has a very easy booking system and there are no hidden costs, which is always a great thing. I am thankful for Chris' service and quick response time to emails and questions. As a result of this inspection I will be able rest well at nights.

    Home Inspection

    I am a first time home buyer with little to no knowledge of what to look for in a home. Mike was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about everything in the home.
