    Excellent service

    We recently purchased our first home. We used 4 sign inspection and were very pleased with the service we received. We found Michael to be very professional and knowledgeable answering all our questions. The comprehensive report was helpful to us in making our decision to purchase our new home.

    Great job with fantastic report

    We had an inspection for our new purchased home. For a single detached home over 2000 sqft, the price is very reasonable. What surprised us is how nicely the report is done - with clear pictures and circles and commentaries clearly laid out what the concerns are. This is a report that we can frequently refer to going forward whenever we need repairs! Thank you vm!

    New house inspection

    I really appreciate Michael did my whole house inspection during these special days! He came to my house, checked all the details, and found a few builder's mistakes. I received a full report in two hours after the inspection done. It was so efficient!

    Detailed, Prompt and Friendly Service

    Chris was very punctual and ready to spend more time to carry out a thorough inspection of our home. He took his time to layout issues of immediate concern and things that could be fixed at a future date (if we so please). The report was received the same day of the inspection and it was amazingly detail with pictures identifying each subject of the report

    Resale home inspection

    Very thorough inspection Michael walk me through every step, he was courteous and on time. There were issues that came up with the property and he gave us options on how to deal with them and how long we could go before having to correct the issues. I would highly recommend 4 Sight for a pre purchase home inspection!

    4Sight Home Inspections

    We had a home inspection done by Chris. He was knowledgable, experienced and thorough and was happy to answer any questions that we had. The detailed inspection report, complete with recommendations, photos and educational diagrams, was received within two hours after the inspection. Where defects were noted in the report he described their implications and recommended improvements to be undertaken either immediately or as part of regular maintenance. Overall it was a great experience and very educational as well.

    Home Inspection

    We had Mike come in to do a piece of mind inspection. He was very thorough and understood what we needed. He took the time to answer our questions and his report was very thorough. I would highly recommend Mike and would definitely use this company again.

    Home Inspection

    We got a home inspection done by Chris. Chris was extremely thorough with the inspection. He is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I was very surprised to get a detailed report within hours of the inspection, outlining any maintenance needed. I will definitely be recommending Chris to my friends.

    Semi house

    Home inspection was done throughly and issues and resolutions were clearly explained to me. Chris went through each room and point out any anything that is a concern and need adressing. An appointment was scheduled promptly in spite of the current virus situation.
