    House Inspection

    The gentlemen who inspected the house was very accomodating and helpful with answering questions of ours as it is our first time doing this. He worked through the entire home thoroughly yet efficiently while engaging us with what it was he was exactly doing.

    Undiscovered damages costing me $1200

    Everything looks good until we discover the undisclosed and unidentified defects in the home. Inspection missed to identify a leaky water valve on ceiling and did not identify the rotten carpet , probably caused by water damage. Reviews can be excellent for others but when you have to pay huge amount to fix a home which could have been avoided, then it is 0 star. This review for 4sight.homestars.com. If you hide my review, then I know yur business ethics.

    Debashis, As noted in our emails back and forth there was no damage at the time of the inspection that was either visible or notable through the thermal camera. There are multiple photo's of the area in the basement and there is nothing there. Your inspection was in September and after that there were multiple days of freezing temperatures which could have caused the valve or pipe to the exterior hose bib to begin leaking. I have always done all I can to ensure that all identifiable defects are noted and I did so in your home. The defects you are bringing up did not exist at the time of the inspection. I am sorry you feel this is my fault but I did my job as I always do.

    Home inspection

    Highly recommended, Chris know what to do . Explained everything. inspection in a very professional and timely manner pointed out areas of concern he was very thorough and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He answered all of our questions and took his time during the inspection

    Pre-listing inspection

    Michael helped us with pre-listing inspection at our house. He arrived on time and was very thorough with his work. Explained all the major aspects after the inspection. He sent the report with very detailed explanations later in the day, which was very comprehensive.

    Condo inspection

    Mike was very professional and conducted my condo inspection in a very thorough manner. After the inspection, he clearly explained all the issues and I was happy to receive the report in the promised 2 hours. I'm pleased to recommend 4 Sight

    Home Inspection

    First time home buyers and doing our home inspection was surprisingly a breeze, thanks to Chris! He was punctual, informative and super pleasant. We appreciated him taking the time to explain basic things to us and suggesting affordable ways to keep our new home up to code. We were apprehensive going into this purchase but since our tour around the property with our professional inspector from 4 Sight, we are so much more confident moving forward!     Home inspection done well

    Michael, was there on time despite significant snowfall that day, did a thorough job and answered all our questions. The report was comprehensive and provided us with the correct insight.

    Home Inspection Report

    We received an top quality service during home inspection, from home inspector Rick who services the Ottawa area. He was very thorough, courteous, professional, and literally checked every part of the house without rushing. He provided a number of issues that require service (both major and minor), as well as a full home inspection report. Overall, a big Thank You, to Rick and 4 4Sight Home Inspections.     Very careful and attentive!

    Chris is very attentive person. He thoroughly inspected all over the place and waited for us to arrive and explained how everything works and what do not work. Absolutely recommended!!!

    Home Inspection

    Chris from 4Sight Home Inspection was punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable and willing to educate us with patience through each step.
