    Home inspection

    I did not go with the referrals from my agent. Instead I picked 4 Sight and Michael based on the reviews on Homestar. And Michael did not disappoint us. This property we just purchased is a very old house and I wanted someone who is experienced to check it out. We booked last Sunday and the weather was very bad. there was an ice rain storm but Michael still managed to come over. He did a thorough check for the house inside and outside. We feel he is very knowledgeable, and he has provided high level service. His standard rate includes a Thermal camera which many other companies change it as an extra fee. He also inspect all appliances, which not every home inspector does that. I recommend Michael to be your home inspector.

    Home Inspection

    Michael is a super guy to deal with. He is professional and always on time. He comes well equipped with thermal imaging etc. The work is thorough and complete. All questions are answered and backed with a lot of experience. The report provided is long and includes relevant pictures.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was excellent at searching every nook and cranny within the condo. He made sure every appliance was working as expected and all the electricals were functioning to standards. He mentioned all the issues that required attention regardless of how small it was. Very thorough in his explanation and which required immediate attention. I would definitely recommend Michael as an inspector

    Home inspection

    As a younger girl buying her first home and not really knowing what to look for, I was very happy with how kind and patiently things were explained. The inspector was very thorough and did not rush through anything. I received the written report that night and was encouraged to call if I had any other questions down the road.

    Home inspection

    Income property home inspection

    This is our second time using 4 Sight Inspections Inc. and again we are very pleased with the work! Chris arrived for our appointment early, is nice and respectful and did a very thorough job with the home inspection. He highlighted areas that are of concern to our property and explained in detail why. We will always choose 4 Sight Inspections Inc. for all our home inspections because of the thorough and detailed reporting. Thank you!

    Homeinspection

    We are first time homebuyers and didn't really know what to look for in a home inspection. Chris did a very thorough inspection and was very friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions clearly and using plain language and helped us understand the minute details of our report after. We are extremely satisfied with Chris' service and highly recommend him and his company to others.

    Home inspection

    Home inspector, Rick, was very kind and professional. He arrived on time and patiently went through everything. It didn't matter how little or minor it is, to Rick everything was important and worth reporting. Rick, kindly and professionally answered all our questions, and even explained to us areas of concen didn't ask. Rick opened our eyes to a few issues that could have costed thousands of dollars if remained untreated and propably reduced our home value. Yes, I recommend rick and4sight home inspection to others.

    Home Inspection

    Michael (the owner of 4Sight Home Inspections) was very helpful and professional when we called him to book our home inspection appointment, mind you it was a Saturday afternoon. We thank you for being so accommodating. Chris completed our home inspection as he is mainly responsible for the Durham Region. Chris was very thorough and detailed in his inspection and took photos of the whole house (interior and exterior). He was also very helpful in explaining any concerns or general comments when examining the different areas and also answered all of our questions (and we had lots of them!). Thank you both for your professionalism, outstanding customer service and for sharing your knowledge and educating us well.
