    Home Inspection

    We are so grateful with the service we have received from Chris. As a first time home buyer we wanted to ensure that everything is in good condition and a safe home to live.     Home Inspection

    WOWEE WOW WOW WOW! My husband and I are amazed at your thorough and detailed home inspection report! As we read through your elaborate report, we could hardly believe our eyes at how every inch of the home is covered! The photos you provided are crystal clear with problem areas pin pointed and helpful solutions given. It's really great how you recommend the different levels of urgency for repair. Thank you Michael for your quick response to all my emails. Chris is an excellent home inspector and we're so grateful for the all the time he spent answering our questions. We feel like Chris has been our friend for years. He's so personable and made us feel very comfortable during the entire time he spent with us. We are extremely pleased with 4Sight Home Inspections!     Home Inspection

    Mike was professional and very thorough, went above and beyond I expected. He carefully explained his findings as he went along and provided a complete detailed report within a couple of hours. The whole process from booking to inspection was flawless. Thanks again Mike.

    Inspection of Home Prior to Purchase

    Home inspector Michael is very professional. Discussed his findings in layman's term. For his report, we understand the status of the house we bought. We highly recommend Michael. You bet you will get your money's worth.

    House inspection

    Chris was recommendes by 2 of my friends . He was great to talk to . He took his time to inspect the house and also explained his findings . He educated us regarding the quick fixes and also gave us feeling that we were in good hands. After this experience, I will recommend him for sure

    Home Inspection

    Buyer Home Inspection

    We are VERY pleased with the service we received from Michael! As first time buyers we wanted to ensure that everything was as it seemed. Myself being a very detailed oriented and meticulous person, I really appreciated the thorough and very detailed inspection. Michael was very patient with all our questions and concerns, as well ensure to explain anything in lament terms if required as we did our walkabout. I would SURELY recommend this company for all inspections as the detailed report was beyond what I expected. Very happy customer!!!

    Rick did a great job!!

    We greatly appreciate Rick's professional inspection. He checked the house thoroughly and took time to explain every details to us. The report is very clear and easy to read through. We feel lucky to choose 4sight and will definitely recommend 4sight to friends.

    Seamless transaction and friendly process

    Easy sourcing from online contact to scheduling and delivery of the inspection. It was quick and easy. I like the flexibility around payment option on site as well. Rick was great!

    Great home inspection company and staff

    The company accommodated my urgent home inspection request by accepting my request at midnight and completed inspection the next day. Chris is very polite and professional, pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
