    Awesome home inspection

    Chris did a great job on our home inspection. He explained everything and made us feel good about our purchase. The report was very detailed and very helpful. I recommend 4sight inspections.

    Home inspection

    I hired this company on short notice to do a home inspection on a new home I purchased. They are very affordable, efficient, prompt and extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. After the inspection was complete, Chris our inspector went threw everything with us pointed out what needed prompt attention and also ideas to prevent any element damage I may encounter in the future. I was very pleased with everything, very professional company and money well spent. If I ever need a home inspection again I will definitely call, and recommend to anyone . P.s. there are no hidden cost!

    Home Inspection

    Mike was great to work with and very professional. He was able to make the inspection appointment on a short notice. I got the full report few hours after the inspection and the fees were very reasonable.

    Excellent Service and Peace of Mind

    Michael was an absolute gem to work with. He was extremely prompt with confirming my appointment. Arrived early, was very thorough with his explanations. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with direct feedback and recommendations. The full detailed report arrived later that evening and is very comprehensive. We have a high level of confidence in making our home purchase thanks to Michael's thorough inspection and detailed report and recommendations. We will absolutely use him again and have already recommended him to a friend.

    Home inspection for first-time buyers

    As nervous, first-time home-buyers, we were so glad to have Aaron and the broader 4Sight team on our side. Aaron was simply amazing; he was thorough in his work, patient in his explanations and went out of his way to ensure that we were confident in our decisions. We even received the report soon after the inspection. Overall, Aaron's inspection was worth every dollar and we couldn't have been happier with the experience.

    Home inspection

    Chris was very friendly and helpful, including explaining how the furnace worked. Also, I very much enjoyed seeing how the thermal imaging camera worked, helping us see what was going on behind the walls. I would definitely use 4sight again.

    Very informative and beneficial inspection

    Chris arrived early and was well prepared to conduct his inspection of the property. We appreciate that he allowed us to follow him around and ask any questions, as he was conducting the inspection. He outlined all of the important areas which needed to be corrected immediately, and work that just needed regular maintenance to maintain. I would definitely recommend Chris, along with 4 Sight Inspections to anyone who needs that assurance and piece of mind before commiting and buying a home.

    Home inspection for new buyer

    Chris inspected the home. Did a very thorough inspection and explained everything as we went along so that I could learn and he gave great advice. Was very friendly and open and there were no complaints. Definitely recommend their service for future home buyers/sellers.

    Home Inspection In Milton

    Michael was very thorough and informative. He explained us how this would work and then he took 1.5 hour to complete his inspection, during which he gave us details on each equipment and maintenance tips.
