    Home Inspection - Mike

    Mike completed the inspection on our new home and he was fantastic! Home inspections can be quite stressful and he remained calm, collected and so informative. He was very thorough and took his time to explain every issue large and small. Would highly recommend. Thank you Mike!

    Great home inspection

    Met Chris at our newly purchased home for an inspection. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. I felt like no stone was left unturned. Would highly recommend.

    Home inspection

    I brought a new townhouse in 2018 and for one year warranty with Terion I got my house inspected by Rick from 4Sight home inspections Inc. I am very happy with Rick. He not only inspected the house throughly but also explained all the backgrounds with ins and outs. He was very friendly and I leant a lot from him. Rick covers all the checks and provided me with an excellent report with all the required photos and detail explanation. Rick is also very good in using the thermal scanner. I am very happy and grateful to Rick for the service he provided. At the beginning I thought that, the price is a bit high, however, after the inspection I realized that, it was the most important investment I had made toward my house. Thanks to both Rick and 4Sight home inspections Inc.

    Home Inspection

    Job well done with excellent and professional service. We had an amazing experience dealing with 4Sight Inspection; starting from booking an appointment - very streamlined process. Michael did a very detailed and through inspections, answering all the questions that we had while he was inspecting the property. The inspection report was clear and easy to understand. Will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

    Home Inspection

    Michael performed a home inspection arriving right on time. He was very professional and answered all of our questions during the inspection. He also provided a detailed inspection report within less than 2 hours after completing the work. Would highly recommend his services.

    Home inspection

    Michael is great, he was notified me any cause step by step he was inspecting house, he provide details report which leads me to finalize house purchase very easy, I would like to recommend 4 star home inspection to whom ever ask

    Home Inspection

    The home inspector was very thorough. I was unsure how necessary it would be for a smaller condo of only 550 square feet, but he really took his time to ensure that all areas of the unit were in order, and was very polite and courteous! Thank you again.

    House inspection

    Quite happy with the services they provided. Michael Responded by emails and calls on time and even during the inspection Chris answered all questions. Inspection was on Sunday and they provided me with the report on the same day.

    Home inspection in Scugog
