    Home inspection in Brampton - super job!!

    Wonderful job by Chris. Very detailed, meticulous & thorough. We are house newbies and Chris was patient enough to discuss the various nuances & carefully explain his recommendations. Chris is a thorough gentleman & a professional and I will absolutely use his services again and refer him to my friends & family.

    Professional and Comprehensive

    Michael was punctual, personable and professional. He provided the report within 2 hours of the appointment and walked us through his inspection in real-time. His extensive experience was very apparant.

    Pre-inspection. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable.

    Mike was thorough, detail oriented, professional and knowledgeable. We used him as a "second opinion" and he found details that were missed in the first report. Thermal imaging comes standard in his cost. I would definitely recommend. Also, communication between him and myself was clear, concise and efficient. I called him on a Wednesday morning for an "urgent" pre inspection and he was able to make some resource movements to accommodate me the next morning.

    Great Home Inspector for Ottawa Region

    Rick Was able to provide a timely and thorough home inspection, even returning a few days later to complete what he was impeded from assessing on his first visit. We appreciate what he pointed out in his report, along with the wealth of helpful information included for remediating identified problems. Links also provided to additional helpful information and references.

    Practical and Informative

    I would like to recommend 4sight (Michael) for anyone that needs a home inspection. His inspection was very informative and detailed. He did not rush to do the work and answered all the questions I had. The report was provided in less than 2 hours after the inspection which is good in this stressful process.

    Thorough inspection and pleasant experience

    Chris visited our house to do a pre-purchase inspection. He was incredibly thorough and answered any questions we had. After the inspection we felt much more confident about moving forward with the purchase of the home. Would highly recommend. Thanks again!!

    Inspection

    Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and concerns. He was very thorough & patient througout the inspection and explained everything in detail. Amazing customer service by 4sight & Chris. I would highly recommend them!

    Pre Home Inspection

    Michael arrived on time and was very professional. His written report was submitted to us within a couple of hours and verbally shared a brief review with me. I would definitely refer him to anyone who needs a home inspection.
