    Pre-purchase inspection

    We met with Chris to complete a pre-purchase inspection. In my opinion, Chris was extremely thorough and informative. He took his time to answer all of our questions and respond to our concerns. He made sure to indicate the best and worst case scenarios for the areas of concerns he was able to see. The report was received the same day the inspection was completed and it further detailed the information he verbally provided. I would absolutely recommend and use this company’s service again.

    Great job by Chris!

    Chris did a pre-purchase home inspection for us in a mid-unit townhouse and was very detail oriented! It gave us a clear idea of the problems the property has and what the present owner has to fix in order we could move forward with our purchase. Such important elements like furnace, fire alarms and roof leaks could cost lots of money if you buy property paying no attention to it. If your broker tells you everything is perfect, make sure you have a guy like Chris to double check!

    Home Inspection

    I heard about 4sight by the home inspection report from the buyer when I was selling my house out in Oshawa. I was surprised by the thorough inspection that I had become immune to over the years. They did such a thorough job that I referred them to my brother who used them and identified mould in their basement from their builder which saved him tons of money. I used them on my home recently and I will definitely be using them for future inspections. Navee Navee J

    Home Inspections

    I have had the pleasure of meeting both Michael and Chris. Their customer service and expertise were exceptional. Michael did our first inspection in Whitby and it saved us from making a purchase that would have ended with some costly repairs that we were not aware of before the inspection. Chris did our inspection in Hampton and we were very impressed. The reports are very detailed and thorough. We would highly recommend 4Sight Home Inspections. Denise

    Next day inspection. Very grateful.

    Email response time was consistently under 10 minutes. They booked a rush next day inspection for us - no problem. Provided a full thorough report within a couple of hours. Very grateful.

    Home Inspection

    Michael arrived promptly for the home inspection and he explained to us, right from the start, what he will be doing. The inspection took over two hours to finish but he was very thorough in his work. He explained his findings at the end of the inspection and he even offered recommendations. Overall, I like dealing with Michael from 4 Sight Inspections Inc and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

    Detached home

    My husband and I recently purchased a detached home in Oakville. The home looked to be very well maintained but was over 30 years old and we wanted to ensure we weren’t getting in to a potentially costly problem. Aaron, our home inspector, showed up on time and greeted us in a friendly manner. He spent over 2 hours going through both the inside and outside of our new home with us. He pointed out places where minor changes could save us from potentially major repairs. He also took detailed pictures of all the places he pointed out to us. Later that evening, we received a very detailed report outlining all of his recommendations. He also offered to come back to our new home (no charge) once we’ve moved in to have a second look over the minor changes that are required. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 4 Sight Inspections to any new home buyers!

    Aaron at 4 Sight Inspections is the best!

    Aaron made my first experience purchasing a house fantastic. He is thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. His recommendations and foresight allowed us to be confident with our decision. He also found issues (fixable) that we absolutely needed to know about. I would recommend Aaron to anyone in his region.

    Home Inspection

    Chris did an excellent job conducting the home inspection for us - he was on time, thorough and patient. The inspection report also came back on time and helped us understand the state of the house before we confirmed our purchase decision.
