    Complete Home Inspection

    Aaron was on time, knowledgeable, professional. He answered my questions and was very thorough in his inspection of our house. I highly recommend 4 Sight inspections and also inspector Aaron Lee

    property purchase home inspection

    Chris was on time on a rainy day even when i was late. he was professional and detail oriented throughout the inspection which took a little under 3 hours for a standard detached home. His report was also very informative and helped me make a good decision. Highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was there on time and ready to start. He was very thorough and spoke with us throughout the entire inspection, making sure my fiancé and I understood every step. Michael also explained certain conditions and provided us with helpful suggestions. He is extremely professional and experienced. Michael is also a kind and wonderful person because he made arrangements with his schedule so my fiancé could join me during this inspection. It means a lot to us. We would definitely recommend him and ask him for help again in the future.

    Home Inspection

    Chris was perfectly on time. Was very professional and courteous. He explained the inspection steps and what his plan was. He took his time and checked all if not most components of the house that was possible. His report was also very informative and helped me make a good decision. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional home inspection services.

    House inspection

    Michael was very thorough and on time. He was honest in what needed to be fixed and provided excellent advice on what we could fix on our own and what needed to be fixed by professionals. I would highly recommend 4 sight inspections

    Excellent Service from Michael

    Michael was extremely thorough and professional. He was on time for our appointment and as a young couple purchasing their first home, he kindly walked us through all of the ins and outs of a home inspection. We would highly recommend 4 Sight Inspections!

    Reaally friendly and knowledgeable!

    Needed an inspection for a home we just put an offer for and the 4sight team did the inspection. It went very smoothly and they answered all questions we had. Furthermore, they notified us of all potential or current issues with the home. Highly recommended team!

    Home inspection

    I compared many companies on the internet and when I read most of the 886 reviews about this company, I was convinced to hire them. The website is very user-friendly, transparent with cost and services and I was able to book online easily a few days before the inspection. The day of inspection, Aaron was on time, prepared and very courteous. He took his time with every aspect of the inspection and explained things clearly and concisely as we walked through the house. He was extremely thorough, and I felt very comfortable and confident in the process as Aaron was checking every appliance and every corner of the house. We asked all sorts of questions and he went out of his way to explain everything properly. We never felt like our questions were unwelcome. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied and explained everything to us in detail. Since it was a cold day, he offered to finish the air condition inspection on a later date once the weather gets warmer. The report was provided a few hours later and was very well documented. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend them. Thank you, Aaron.

    Home inspection

    Chris was VERY thorough and informative of the whole process. Being a first timer with home inspections, I had no clue what to expect. Chris walked me through every corner of the house and told me what he was looking for. The process was quick and painless, and educational as well. He even showed up earlier than the appointment time and was ready to go. Overall very impressed and very satisfied with the whole process. I highly recommend Chris as he is very friendly and helpful!

    Home Inspection

    I used 4sight home inspection and I can’t compliment enough about the fantastic job Chris did. This is now my 3rd house but this was my very first home inspection. I wish I new about 4sight home inspection before. My home inspection took less then 3 hours and to my surprise a detailed report was provided to me an hour later. I called several places to compare the price and for the same service other places were too expensive and had additional cost for thermal inspection. The report was so detailed and it also provided recommendations which made my decision to buy this property. knowing what the issues were gave me confidence to go ahead with the purchase. As beautiful as the house was and without the inspection, I wouldn’t have known that the house by no means was perfect. I would definitely be recommending 4sight home inspection to my friends and family. Jay
