    House inspection

    Chris did the inspection of our (potential) new home and he did a 'Smashing' job. He was extremely thorough and also explained things along the way. If I had a question he would go out of his way to explain everything properly. A thorough gentleman and an expert at his craft. Extremely satisfied! and would give this company a double thumbs up!

    Home Inspection - Brooklin / Whitby

    We had Chris from 4Sight complete a home inspection for us. We were very pleased with his service and review of all the different areas in the house. He was very thorough and provided a great report that covers all the areas that needed to be fixed and replaced. I would highly recommend them as we were also able to get a few key items fixed before possession. There are no guarantees, but I know have a list of items i need to monitor and fix over the next few years.

    very thorough

    Michael was able to book me in within two days of calling . He went through the entire property and wrote up a very thorough report. I was unable to meet him at the property but was able to call and have him explain some of the causes of concern in the report. He was patient and explained things in language that was easy to understand. Highly recommended. Update: The first house fell through do to mold issues and when I found another house that I liked, I again booked with 4Sight Inspections for a pre-inspection. This time I got Chris who is absolutely AMAZING. He was extremely thorough when going through the property.. climbing up on the roof; unscrewing the electrical box to look at the wiring; getting behind each and every toilet; and peeking into the attic areas to check for mold. I was at the property during the inspection and Chris took the time to explain and show me the potential issues and what could be done to remedy the situation. He was able to give me estimates on how much it might cost to fix so that I would know whether to go ahead with the offer. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated that he was able to explain issues without using too many technical terms so that it was easy to understand. He answered all my questions fully and was extremely patient. Highly recommended and I will be sure to use him again next time.

    Inspection on New Property Purchase

    I contacted Michael a week ago regarding his home inspection services. Michael responded same day and answered all my questions. After looking at other companies i decided to go with 4Sight and booked them immediately. Michael arrived on site on time and completed a very through inspection. I am very happy with the services 4Sight provided.

    Thorough Home Inspection

    Chris arrived early and took his time carefully working his way through the house. He answered all of our questions along the way and explained everything to us. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough. We highly recommend

    Home Inspection

    Home inspection

    We had a home inspection done by Aaron. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. The report arrived quickly and he encouraged us to call him directly if we had any questions. I would highly recommend 4Sight Inspections.

    Pre-Reno Home Inspection

    The Home Inspection carried out by Chris was successful and ran smoothly. He was open and willing to answer any of my questions. I appreciated Chris' thorough look at the home's interior and exterior.     Home Inspection

    We had a problem with our first home inspector and needing an urgent replacement, 4Sight was highly recommended. We are so pleased with Chris. He is very focused, detailed and always available to answer ours and our agent’s never ending questions. We are first time home buyers and have waited for a long time for this opportunity. He came to the site early and started working as soon as he came. He even stayed a bit later when asked even if he had finished the inspection as we wanted his opinion on some furnace malfunction. He discovered something that was not mentioned by the seller and was so happy it came on the report as we were able to address it before making the transaction firm. Overall, we are very satisfied with Chris and would highly recommend him for the job.
