    Home Inspection

    MIchael conducted the inspection for my first home purchase and he was extremely professional and thorough. He answered every question I had and made me comfortable throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend him to anyone wanting an inspection.

    Home inspection

    We had Chris do our home inspection. He was very friendly and great with my 2.5yr old son. He was there on time and did an amazingly thorough inspection. He was there over 3hrs and checked Absolutly everything!! I have had other home inspectors in the past, but I would use 4 sight again without hesitation! He gave us a very very detailed report which will help us keep track of regular repairs that will need to be done and when. I cannot say how relaxed I feel about our new home and our family's well-being. Thank you Chris.

    Home Inspection

    I just want to say thank you to Chris or home inspector for doing an excellent job at spotting potential issues with the home my mom was going to purchase. He spotted things we missed when we walked through the home, things that could cause structural problems and health problems for my mom. Thank you again for going above and beyond - I will be sure to recommend your company and definitely use you again. Once again thank you. Sue

    Inspection Report for 88 Biggs Ave, Ancaster

    We were very impressed with Michael Mischke, the inspector that conducted the Home Inspection at our potential new home. He was extremely thorough and discovered the use of "Kitec" plumbing pipe in the property and potentially saved us a lot of heart ache and money because we managed to get the purchase price dropped by the value that the "re-plumb" will cost. Great work Micheal!

    Home inspection

    Great friendly service! Came early to the job and was very thorough and explained every step of the way. Would highly recommend for anyone's home inspection. Easy to communicate And schedule appointments.

    Home inspection

    My wife and I bought a brand new built home and at first we were very hesitant getting a home inspector. We are very lucky to have found Michael because he found issues with the home we would never even think of. His report was extremely well written and I'm beyond impressed with his work and would without a doubt recommend him to my family and friends.

    Professional, Informative Inspection - 4Sight Inspections

    Michael Mischke, owner of 4Sight Inspections, was more than helpful during my home inspection this past weekend (November 25th, 2017). I am a single, female buying my first home and I have very little knowledge of the potential problem areas houses can hide. Not only was Michael super diligent, he took the extra time to explain how everything worked, how I could fix any problems, the associated cost and the benefit of fixing it. I would definitely recommend Michael.

    Home Inspection

    I was referred to Mike through my real estate agent for my home inspection. As a person also in the industry I was very particular about selecting someone that I would be comfortable with referring to my own customers. Mike was very polite, personable and incredibly professional. He is thorough and thoughtful with his assessment and helped walk me through the process and explained everything so I understood completely. I look forward to referring Mike to my own clients moving forward.

    Home Inspection Service

    Chris has done my house inspection and he has done through checks, and also done roof checks and he is extremely professional and thorough. He also offers competitive pricing for the best home inspection services possible.

    Pre-purchase inspection
