    Home inspection

    Amazing and through check, we have done 2 home inspections from Micheal and both times he is extremely professional and thorough. He also offers competitive pricing for the best home inspection services possible

    Home inspection

    From my first contact on the phone and in person with Michael he was very friendly, pleasant and professional. Michael was very punctual for the home inspection. Michael took his time paying great attention to details. During the home inspection Michael was very informative and knowledgeable. Michael took time to explain his findings as he went along, answering all of my questions and offering his expertise. Michael's report was thorough and very detailed with pictures and recommendations. I was concerned about being a single female however Michael's confidence was very reassuring. Very affordable. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Michael. Michael did an awesome job. I will be highly recommending his service to everyone. thank you very much.

    Home Inspection- New Home

    Very impressed with 4Sight Inspections. Michael was right on time, and thoroughly went through the exterior and interior of the home providing detailed analysis on any potential issues. He answered all our questions and even went above and beyond with some questions outside the scope of his duties. Overall, we would highly recommend Michael and will definitely use him again for any future inspections. 5/5 -Peter

    Semi Detached Home

    Michael was excellent to work with. Great service and extreme attention to detail and most of all, affordable! I appreciate how quick the inspection details were sent back to me with images.

    Caledon Home Inspection

    I found 4Sight Inspections on Homestars and wanted to ensure I choose wisely after some unfortunate experiences with other home inspectors. I called 2 other companies before Michael and was not impressed with their lack of professionlism. When I called Michael, he was very pleasant to deal with over the phone and answered all of my questions regarding rural and older homes. I was further impressed by his work when we met on site for the inspection. He took his time, explained and offered his expertise in many areas. I will definitely be calling only Michael for home inspections in the future. His report is thorough and you will not be disappointed. He also goes above and beyond by providing after inspection service. I found that very unique and as a homeowner, it furthers my confidence in his report. For an inspector to stand behind their work is a great quality and a must when looking for a home inspector. You can trust you're getting the most for your money with Michael and his team.

    Home Inspection

    Great Service. Michael was on time, checked everything properly, did not rush through the job, answered my questions and send me a detailed report. He also made recommendations on the types of upgrades i could do. I definitely recommend him.

    Top Notch Inspector!

    We got two inspections from Michael Mishke and he did a fantastic job both times. He is incredibly thorough and detailed and produces a stellar report! He is approachable and was willing to answer our questions and concerns. We were very satisfied with his service and highly recommend him.

    House inspection

    Michael was amazing. He was punctual, personable and made us feel comfortable with the process. At the end, he explained everything that required further action and provided an amazing report that was very easy to understand with applicable photos. Highly recommend this company!

    Condo inspection

    Chris did a very thorough job of inspecting the 35-year-old condo we were buying. As you would expect, there were a lot of wear from lack of maintenance. Chris brought many issues to our attention that we previously overlooked. We will be using this information to make sure it gets repaired during the renovation or by a plumber/electrician. The inspection also included a thermal camera scan, a service that other companies charge an extra $50 for. Thanks 4Sight! Would definitely recommend.

    Townhouse Inspection

    Michael recently completed a townhouse inspection for me. I was totally satisfied. He was very prompt to answer the phone / emails to arrange the inspection and very professional / competent in the inspection itself. The report was issued later the same day and provided full details of the inspection with a useful summary section at the front with all the action items. I have no hesitation to recommend Michael's services.
