    Home Inspection - First Time Home Buyers

    Michael from 4Sight Inspections did our inspection. It is our first home purchase and we highly recommend Michael and 4Sight Inspections. He was punctual, informative, thorough and did not hesitate to notify us of any concerns or answer any and all of our questions throughout the process with very insightful and detailed answers. The knowledge and experience definitely was reassuring and comforting. Within the hour we received our detailed full inspection report. 11 stars in my books.     Home Inspection

    This is our first home purchase and first home inspection. Michael was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through each aspect of what he was looking at, and why. He offered options and advice on issues instead of just indicating what was wrong and having us figure out the best way to approach it. The online report is very well thought out, indicating what items require attention immediately and the photo's on the report meant we didn't have to write down and take photo's ourselves. Overall this was a fantastic experience with 4Sight and we couldn't be happier with the service.

    Our 1st Home Inspection!!!

    We initially thought we can save money by hiring other inspectors who wanted to spend like an hour and half only?!? But we glad we didn't as Chris came to our house and he spent 3+ hours reviewing everything. His report was very detailed and he provided us with great information. He made us aware of the issues in the house, big or small so we can plan accordingly. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated and he was able to explain issues to us in a way we would completely understand. Thanks again Chris and team! It's 100% true what they say on their web site about educating us too; not only inspection. Worth every penny and will use again for sure!

    Great job on home inspection

    We are first time homebuyers and don't have too much knowledge/experience in assessing properties. We put an offer on a home that we thought was great but thank goodness it was on condition of inspection. Michael was our inspector and did an amazing job. He was very professional and took his time to explain the significance of each finding. He didn't seem to mind us following him around and asking a ton of questions. In the end, we strongly feel that he saved us from a poor investment. Thanks Michael and top-notch service!

    Home Inspection

    As a first time buyer, there was a lot I didn't know, but Michael spent the time to explain each thing that he found and made sure I understood everything. I'm very grateful for how thorough and detailed his inspection was. I would highly recommend Michael and 4Sight to anyone looking for a quality & professional home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Michael from 4Sight Home Inspections was a pleasure to deal with and exceeded all of my expectations. Michael took the time to explain each and every step to me and more to ensure I understood what he was showing me and just general info I should know as the owner of anew home.     Thorough and professional home inspection

    Michael was recommended by our realtor to perform an inspection in our new home and we were very impressed! He arrived on time, got right to work, and did an excellent job inspecting our property. We received a very prompt email report, including photos, less than 12 hours after the inspection. Michael took the time to explain all his findings in person and answered every question that we had. We would definitely recommend Michael and 4sight home inspections to any potential buyer!

    Wow, what an inspection!

    House in Hamilton

    Michael Mischke from “4SIGHT-Home Inspection” exceeded all my expectations. I am very impressed with his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. He provided a thorough house inspection and all his findings were put un a very detailed report. The report is outstanding: organized, has pictures, diagrams, explanations, and recommendations. I will recommend this company to my friends and now I know who I call if I need a house inspected
