    Home Inspection

    This was our second home inspection with Michael. During both inspections we were very impressed with is knowledge and clear explanation of issues and possible solutions. The thorough inspections provided by Michael gave us confidence in the home we ended up purchasing and relieved much of the stress that comes with buying a home, especially for the first time. We'll definitely recommend Michael and 4sightinspections to others. Thanks Michael!

    Incredible home inspectors

    What an incredible home inspection company. Micheal was awesome, extremely knowledgeable and seriously worth every penny. The Reports are extensive and impressive. Buying a home is stressful so having a qualified inspector makes a world of difference. Will refer them to other people looking for this service

    Home Inspection

    Michael was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. He provided us with a very thorough report including pictures outlining everything that he found in the home inspection. We received the report promptly and he was on time for the inspection. I would definitely use his services again and would refer him to someone else. Thank you Michael!

    Post-purchase home inspection

    My wife and I recently purchased a house in Mississauga without conditions, so we decided to do a home inspection to find out if any major work would be needed. Michael was recommended to us by our real estate agent. Michael was great communication-wise. He was prompt at replying his emails and even helped us book our appointment while he was away on vacation. He was right on time on the day of the inspection and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. We also appreciated that he removed his shoes before coming inside. He went around, outside and inside the house very thoroughly. Coming from a condo, we had many questions regarding regular house maintenance and he was great at answering all our questions and even giving us advice. We received the final report the next day. We would highly recommend 4sight inspections, especially if you are a first time home owner. It was very educational, thanks Michael!

    Home inspection - THANK YOU Michael and 4Sight!!!

    Michael did an excellent job with the inspection done as a condition of a home purchase. He was very thorough and identified issues to look out for proactively. The best part is that Michael's keen eye noticed that the roof was slightly sloping, and when investigating, noticed that the garage loft that was built potentially had some structural issues that required investigation. The current owner had done an inspection as well and their inspector did not identify this issue at all. Thankfully, Michael helped position us to negotiate with the owner to rectify the issue. This was HUGE! I'm not sure I would have seen this issue unless it was pointed out either. THANK YOU MICHAEL! My experience is also a good lesson that you should never use an inspector recommended by a real estate agent, there could be some bias! Get a 3rd party objective opinion and you probably want Michael and 4Sight on your side for this too! Cheers.

Over time the structural issue in your new garage could have become quite severe and caused even more damage or even injured someone.     Home inspection

    Mike from 4sight Inspections came out to inspect a property in Scarborough for us. He was extremely thorough, friendly and explained everything he found to me. We'll definitely ask him to be our home inspector for any future home purchases!

    1st Time Buyer - Home Inspection

    Recently purchased a new home and needed to make sure the property passed rigorous home inspection. 4site was rated the best and I took a chance. Their team of professionals are second to none. Our inspector Chris answered every question we had thoroughly and with and comprehensive knowledge of what he was talking about. He was prompt, thorough, extremely detailed oriented and above all, polite. I would think of using any other company after this excellent experience.

    First Home Inspection

    My boyfriend and I are buying our first house so we have never gone through the home inspection process before. I chose 4Sight because there were so many amazing reviews and when I spoke to the gentleman on the phone he seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. They did not disappoint! First of all, Chris showed up 20 minutes early which was a great sign. We are buying an older home so there are many small issues that came up and even our realtor in Port Perry commented on how thorough the inspection was and even took down the company information to recommend to future clients. The report included photos of everything so that we could see exactly what the problem was which was great and Chris even took the time to explain to us why some things in the home were done the way that they were which gave us a good understanding on what had been done previously as well as what we could do do resolve any issues. You could tell that he has lots of experience. Would definitely recommend!

    Home Inspection

    We were first time home buyers and wanted to have a good quality inspection. Someone who would do a thorough job and also take the time to answer our questions and help guide us with any repairs that may be required. Michael was this person and more! My father had actually recommended him and I'm so happy that Michael made time for us with such short notice. From the first phone call, he made us feel very confident in his abilities and the fact that he used thermal imaging everywhere to assess moisture and leakage issues (compared to some other inspectors who would have done that sparingly and for an extra charge). He found a large leak with this imaging and offered to come back once it was repaired to ensure it was resolved with no further leakage. I can't say enough. He was extremely professional, kind, thorough, willing to answer every one of our questions, and to top it off patient with my toddler running around and interrupting! Many thanks Michael, we'll be sure to recommend his services and 4Sight Inspections to all of our friends and definitely for our future homes! -Shawn G

    Buyers' Inspection

    I'm very pleased with the service done by 4Sight Inspections. The inspector was quite detailed and shared with me lots of information during all inspection. It was a fair price and excellent service. For sure, I would choose 4Sight again to run another inspection.
