    Home inspection

    After lot of research decided to go with 4Sight for my first home inspection. Mike did total inspection for about 3 hours and was very patient in answering my questions. Learnt a lot of new things about the home through the inspection. Already recommended Mike to my friends.

    inspection

    My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service we received from Michael. He was very professional from start to finish and gave us a thorough understanding of his findings during inspection. As first time homebuyers it was important for us to have someone who could help us to identify any potential issues no matter how small and he did just that. He was very detailed and took the time to explain whatever concerns he had. We are truly grateful for his help in getting to know more about our future home and highly recommend 4sight Inspections Inc.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was professional, friendly and reliable from our initial phone call, during the inspection and when explaining the report. As we are first time home buyers looking to purchase an older home, Michael took the time to explain potential problems and offer tips and guidance for repairs. He took his time and did a thorough inspection of the property while allowing us to feel comfortable to ask questions. The inspection was extremely informative for us and Michael really took the time to explain each step. We are so thankful we went with 4Sight and worked with Michael to learn more about the home! I would highly recommend choosing 4Sight.

    home purchase inspection

    Chris did an excellent job on the inspection which lasted almost 4 hours for a 2800 sqft home with a pool and chimney. He didn't take a break and worked his way through and was extremely thorough in his review. When we had questions he was very helpful and patient in his explanation even though that may be delaying his work. For questions that he couldn't get a straight answer he tried his best to probe and figure them out. The administrative process such as booking and payment processing were easy, quick and handled very professionally. I would certainly recommend them to other buyers.

    Home Inspection

    Michael Mischke did our home inspection and we couldn't have been more pleased with his work. As first-time home buyers, my partner and I were a bit in the dark about a lot of things when it came to buying a property but Mike was very patient, professional and made us feel very at ease during each step of the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough throughout the inspection--happily answering questions and providing excellent feedback on comments that arose from house ownership discussions. What was also very impressive was the detailed report that was generated following the inspection, on the same day, to boot! Thank you Mike! We would highly recommend 4Sight Inspections to anyone that asks!

    Home Inspection

    Michael came out on short notice to do a home inspection for us on the long weekend. Michael was punctual, professional, detail-oriented, and thorough. I even received the report before the end of the day. I highly recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for a home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    I had Michael inspect my home this past weekend, it was great to see a written report with pictures of what needs attention and where the home needs improvements. He was very thorough, efficient with his time and very courteous. He was able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend 4Sight Home Inspection.

    Home Inspection

    I really wasn't looking forward to having a home inspection, as we'd just found the ideal home after looking at dozens of duds. The last thing I wanted to find out was that this gem was actually a money pit. And, while we were lucky enough that this wasn't the case, the home inspection wasn't without issues. Despite this, Michael communicated everything clearly and practically, providing context and rough cost estimates when asked. He also remained professional and pleasant during moments that were less than stellar for us--emotionally stating there was no point in finishing the inspection because we were going to walk away from the deal--continuing to do a very thorough job with a positive attitude. He also provided a very detailed report that we've been able to use to help get quotes with various contractors. I would recommend 4Sight Inspections. I feel confident that I now have an in-depth understanding of any potential surprises my new house has to offer.
