    Home Inspection

    Mike was fantastic to work with. Was available on short notice to do our home inspection, and he did a deep dive into our older home and gave us the confidence that it was in great shape. The extensive 60 page report that was sent after for all of the recommendations was the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend.

    Great customer service

    Great customer service. Everything happened as planned. The professional was very cordial and clear on all his feedbacks and comments. Contract the service and book the visit a very streamlined process too.

    Missed the important things

    I hired this company based on ratings at HomeStar. During the inspection, there were some items that was caught, however a lot of major items were missed. For example the ventilation fan above the stone didn't direct the air anywhere. There was actually no duct work above the cabinet. Also there was a leak in the attic that was never caught, it was around for sometime, so I would image this person never went to look at the roof. I had these guys do the inspection a few weeks ago, and now that I've closed, I'm getting a lot more surprises then I had anticipated I would need to manage. Will not recommend them to anyone because major and most obvious items were missed.

    Home Inspection

    We needed a Home inspection within 48hrs and when I called Mike he was very prompt and professional. He attended the home with all the necessary equipment and did a very thorough inspection of the property. We received the complete report that same evening. The report contains very helpful tips to resolve any repairs needed. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a thorough inspection. Mike takes pride in his work. Thanks

    Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

    Michael is a true professional! He was extremely thorough and patient and took the time to explain every detail. I was very impressed by his knowledge and attitude. I would strongly recommend anyone to use his services, you will be glad you did :)

    Great job

    Michael is a thorough professional, who did a great job at our house inspection last weekend. He was kind enough to answer even the most basic questions we had about the home and the inspection process. Even though it was a new house, he brought out some issues, which can escape an untrained eye, but not Michael. He also mentioned a minor issue and explained us the process about how to bring it to the notice of the builder soon as a precautionary measure, so that it can be appropriately taken up by the builder later on, if it becomes a major one later. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the job performed here. Thanks. Harwinder

    Home inspection

    Great home inspection by Michael Mischke of 4Sight! Thorough, professional, helpful and courteous, I would highly recommend Michael. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues with the cabin we are purchasing. I received the report electronically within two hours of us parting ways. I had a few follow up questions which Michael responded to within mere minutes. I am grateful to have been put in touch with Michael - he found a few problems, one major, that we were not aware of and that needs immediate attention. We feel much more secure now in moving forward with the purchase. Thanks, Michael!

    Home Inspection

    The most thorough, and detailed home inspection i have experienced, Rob's dedication truly shows in his quality of work. Definitely one of the best in the business and highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    Michael M. is one of the most impressive professionals that I have met in my quest for a home inspector. My situation was unique in that I wanted an inspection of my home because it seemed like everything was breaking down at once. As a single Mom with no idea how to repair anything, I felt that I could not trust some of the tradesmen coming to my home who were recommending repairs that I did not think were necessary. Rather than guess at what actually needed to be fixed, I would have an inspector tell me. This way I would be able to assess what was a priority to fix and what could wait. I was looking for a company that would be impartial and knowledgeable, with several years of experience under their belt. After googling a bunch of inspectors in my area, I came across some of the testimonials that were written by others for 4Sight. Attention to detail, service oriented attitude, knowledgeable, prompt and respectful were words that described 4Sight Inspections and Michael M. I called them and within the week Michael had done the inspection and the report. I saved a ton of money in the repairs that were actually needed. I would recommend 4Sight Inspection to anyone looking for a home inspection for a home purchase or even to make sure that tradesmen are legitimate in their recommended repairs, especially if you have a lot of repairs at once. Well worth the time, effort and money.

    Home Inspection

    Had another home inspection done by Rob on Mar 2. This would be my fifth time using 4Sight in 2 years. I met Rob last year training under Steve and this time Rob was running the show. Inspection was thorough and lasted for 3 hours. All my properties will be inspected by 4Sight. Booking the time I needed was great. I will recommend this to anyone looking for professional inspectors.
