    Tarion 1 year warranty inspection for my house

    My rating would be 20 out of 10 for 4Sight Home Inspections. Mike is super professional and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He answered my questions thoroughly and provided guidance on the regular maintenance of my house. I learned from Mike today more than I had learned during PDI from my builder / agent. He is very courteous, transparent, and has excellent work ethics. I truly believe that I got good value for my money, and I am glad that I chose Mike to do my home inspection. The electronic report provided by mike is very much detailed and easy to understand. With Mike’s help my job is much easier now, in terms of reporting to Tarion. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone who cares about one of their biggest investments in their life, their house.

    Home Inspection

    I had a pre-offer home inspection done on a house I want to put an offer on tonight. Mike made the process go so smoothly. He was very meticulous and paid attention to every detail - I feel extremely confident in his results. He was friendly and courteous and quite professional.     Home Inspection

    Michael came out on short notice to perform a home inspection on a property we were interested in purchasing and wanting peace of mind as to what we may be getting into. He was right on the scheduled time (even a bit early) and performed a most thorough inspection. He even asked if I noticed the stove was induction style, and proceeded to show me how it worked! He pointed items out along the way and answered every question I had quite professionally and with a sense of humour. I had the report within hours and the detail was incredible. He made himself available afterwards to answer any questions I had about the report and its contents and gave me his opinion on a few issues I asked about. Michael is extremely knowledgable and his experience shows and makes you feel secure. I am extremely satisfied with Michael and 4Sight, and would highly recommend and use their service again.

    Very thorough!

    I asked Michael to get an inspection done on a house I wanted to buy. He went through everything and treated me with respect throughout the whole experience. He explained everything in a way I would understand. His attention to detail and professionalism is above average and I trust his knowledge. Michael also has proper tools and is able to find drafts and water leaks with his equipment when it's impossible to see with normal vision. He made an impression so I used him again to inspect a different property. You can rest assured that he will do a great job!

    Home inspection

    My morning did not start out so well, I had hired a different home inspector that did not show up to the inspection. In a panic I called Michael and he got in touch with Rob who was there within the hour. Rob was courteous and thorough. He answered all my questions and explained things in plain terms. Now I am on track to complete my first home purchase and I feel secure in my purchase.

    Home Inspection

    Michael showed up promptly at the appointed time. Was very thorough, professional, and delivered the inspection report within a couple of hours. His report was very easy to follow and made some solid recommendations as to the items that needed our attention. Would highly recommend!

    Home Inspection

    4Sight Inspection was very professional. They were able to accommodate a short notice for a home inspection in Mississauga. Inspector showed up at the home early for appointment and was very thorough. Home inspection report was very detailed and was provided within hours of home inspection. Will definitely use again and will recommend to anyone that requires a home inspector.

    Home Inspection

    My neighbor recommend 4Sight Inspection to me. The inspector, Michael Mischke, was very professional and responsible. He inspect every details in my house even I told him that some parts of the house is no necessary to inspect since I am familiar with my house. I am very satisfied with their service.

    Home Inspection

    Rob was excellent and helpful and is very knowledgeable. His inspection was very thorough and he really takes his time to make sure nothing is missed. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely be using the service again.
