    Home inspection

    Great professional and through. This is my 4th time using them for inspection and I wouldn't use anyone else they are fantastic. My realtor even commented she's never seen anyone vacuum up after inspection. Great job as always. I was a little nervous this time as in the past Mike has done all my inspectionstuff but Rob was fantastic also.

    Home inspection after closing

    My parents just bought the house for their first time. As first time house owner, they dont have basic idea for like How to use furness or when to change roof or even how to use garage remote!! Mike came on time the day of insepction..he explaines this to my parents (even though they r esl, he explains with patients) all the little things.. The only word i can describe him is "amazing" If you are looking for house inspectors, and looking for choose right one, choose 4sight inspection! I wish i knew them when i bought my house, he is better than any of house inspectors! Ps: he will send you a report with long and very detailed plus pics super fast!!!!! Dont be supprised!

    Excellent Service and Attention to Detail

    This was my first home inspection and Mike made it an extremely comfortable and informative experience. I've heard of stories and things to avoid in the past but nothing like that came up with Mike. I really appreciated him letting me ask random questions throughout the inspection and the level of detail I got in the report.

    Home Inspection

    We had Steve from 4Sight came in and complete a home inspection on our newly purchased home. It was such a relief to have someone so knowledgeable to guide us through the process. Steve not only completed a thorough and detailed job, but he also took us through the process and explained everything.

    New Home Inspection

    We were very pleased with the home inspection service Michael provided today. The booking process was very smooth, and Michael arrived on time at our house. Michael was very thorough in his inspection and provided a detailed report shortly after he finished the inspection. The report has photos of issues he had discovered, and lots of links for educational purposes. We definitely recommend Michael's service to anyone looking for a professional and thorough home inspector.

    Inspection in Hamilton

    I can honestly say it was very nice to meet Michael. He is very friendly and easy to work with. He was onsite at the scheduled time and did a very thorough job. Pointing out the small things that are not issues, but will help with the up keep of the house. He explained things in details and answered all my questions. Provide report with pictures and suggested timeline on when and if repair is needed. Couple of things worth mentioning. He noticed some bat insulation was blown up by the wind, and put them back in place while inspecting the attic. He opens the furnace and electric panel cover to inspect the component inside. Great service, thank you Michael.

    House inspection

    Michael provides great service, very friendly and willing to answer to questions in plain language. I'm a first time home buyer and did not know a lot about repairs or things to look for, Michael, patiently walked through items he discovered during his inspection and provided terrific insights into what to look out both now and in the future. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone looking for a house inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Mike from 4Sight Home Inspections was fantastic. He is really knowledgeable, answered all my questions and spent approx. 3 hours inspecting every inch of my house. He provided a comprehensive report with pictures and explained everything he discovered (the good and bad). He's the only home inspector I will use and recommend. Shawn

    Great company

    Michael was great to deal with. He was very informative and provided details on all areas of the home. We were provided with a detailed report with a variety of information on our home. The report was quick and easy to read.

    Home inspection

    very informative and extremely educational experience. I learned a lot from the report. It was simple as well as with enough detail to clearly understand so many different issues / things related to the house. Mike was very professional and objectively conducted the inspection.
