    Home Inspection in Niagara Falls

    Steve was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Thorough. I felt I was in good hands the minute we met. I would recommend 4sight to anyone looking for a reasonably priced yet high quality home inspection.

    First Time Home Buyers - Definitely would recommend (Oakville)

    We are buying our first home and we wanted to be sure that we were making the right decisions and that no hidden were out of our sight. Michael just did and amazing work in taking us through every single detail (appreciate the patience) and even going a bit beyond with some home maintenance tips. Great experience and will use them again for sure. JV

    Amazing Company and Inspector

    I recently had a home inspection in Hamilton using Rob. Rob was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire inspection, answered questions and provided recommendations being a first time home buyer. Highly recommended!

    First Home Inspection

    We called Michael on Monday and we have 3 day clause in our agreement and he was very accommodating and showed up on Tuesday 9:30 AM! He was on time with all his gadgets and tools. The inspection took around 3 hours. It was our first home so we had no idea what to look for but Michael walked us through the inspection and informed us of what was important and how to connect with him anytime even after the inspection for free of charge advise. He tested all the appliances and water fixtures, structure, no extra charge for Thermal imaging. The report was %100 and I would HIGHLY recommend 4Sight Home Inspections. Definitely worth every penny! Cheers,

    Home Inspection

    Michael came to do a home inspection for me and he was just fantastic! They're not kidding when they say it's not just an inspection but an education as well. I learned so much in the 3 hours with Michael. He even assisted me by providing possible remedies and approximate costs so I could get an idea of the extent of damages. I would call him again in a heartbeat!

    really educational

    it was my first time buying a house, Micheal was very helpful, he answered all of our question even the ones that we didn't ask. aside from doing a great inspection, he showed us what to look for, when to perform maintenance and how

    Home Inspection for PDI

    Chris Shaw did our inspection last week. This is the first house that we have purchased and we didn't know what to expect from the inspection, but Chris was detailed, professional, and patient. Even when the builder was being defensive about some of his recommendations, Chris handled the situation with complete patience and professionalism. We were impressed! Our inspection report was also detailed. We looked through reviews for a few home inspection companies and we decided to pick 4Sight because of the all the positive reviews and the reviews are definitely accurate. We would highly recommend 4Sight and we will be turning to them for any future home inspections. Thank you Chris!

    Home Inspection

    Completed our Home Inspection earlier today and I'd like to say that as a first time home-buyer we were really nervous as to what would be found in the inspection. First off, Michael arrived on time and introduced himself. He promptly explained what the home inspection entailed and went right to work. Michael also encouraged us to ask questions and also to shadow him as he went around looking at everything. He pointed out anything that he felt needed attention and advised on things that we would never have noticed. Michael was very meticulous in his work, very friendly and overall it was a great experience. I would gladly recommend 4Sight Inspections to anyone inquiring about their services. Totally professional, very thorough. Thanks again for your help Michael.

    House Inspection in Ajax

    After filling out the online form and selecting the date and time, Rob arrived promptly on schedule and was friendly when meeting him at the door. My wife and I are first time home-buyers, so naturally we were curious of what the inspection entailed. Rob gladly walked us through the process – even letting my wife and I tag along as he performed the various checks around the property using his tools and camera. He uncovered some hard-to-notice faults and also provided us some valuable insight for things to watch out for in the future while owning the home. I’m overall happy with the experience from 4Sight Inspection: from friendly service; the thoroughness of work, and the detailed online report provided. I’d be happy to work with Rob and 4Sight Inspection again in the future.

    Home Inspection

    Micheal was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained all issues found and offered detailed advise. I would highly recommend this service. The report not outlined descriptions of house but also explained reasons and ways to repair. Really felt Micheal cared about his job and recommendations to help us with our house repairs.
