    quick response, detailed feedback.

    after looking for months, my fiancee and i found a town-house we liked more than any other we had seen, till then. it was an old townhouse so we wanted to know what we would be getting into before making any offer. I googled for inspectors and found Michael. he picked up my call right on my first attempt reaching the company and i got a quick appointment for 2 days later. he showed up on time, with his truck and equipment, and he took his time climbing up the roof, getting in the basement, checking rooms, attic, every applicance and plumbing, etc. then i got an 88-page PDF report the same night. great work! keep it up!!

    Home Inspection for my First home

    Rob performed my home inspection on my wife's and my first home purchase and he could not have been better. We were both left extremely confident that we knew everything there was to know about our purchase and we could move forward accordingly. Rob's level of knowledge and how thorough he was really blew us away. Every square inch of the house was checked and explained to me exactly how I understood it. The final report was delivered to us via email the same day and rob was even kind enough to follow up with us to make sure we understood everything and make sure all our questions were answered. We will absolutely be using 4Sight home inspections for any future purchase and will be recommending they're fantastic service to anyone we can.

    Professional Service and excellent inspector

    It is my friend to recommend the company to me. He used Mr. Rob Chaine's inspection services twice before and was very satisfied. It is the first time for me to request inspection of a house and have no any experience about it. Rob is very professional and patient, he not only inspected all of my concerned place but also told me many knowledge during the process. They are very useful for me in the future. Thanks again, Rob.     Home Inspection

    We contacted Mike and his team at 4Sight to conduct a home inspection on a property we were interested in purchasing. Rob arrived on time and ready to go. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and encouraged us to follow him around so he could explain things along the way. Upon receiving the inspection report, complete with many pictures, we were quite impressed with all the attention to detail and how every issue was explained in a way that we could easily understand. We would definitely recommend Mike and his team and would not hesitate to use their services again.

    Home Inspection

    Highly recommend Michael and his team. First time we have used 4Sight and found them to be very professional, thorough and informative. From the initial phone call through to the completion of the home inspection Michael took the time to answer questions in a way that we could understand and felt comfortable. He was prompt and pointed out not only areas of concern but also positive points with the home. Good experience and again highly recommended.

    Mystery leak

    Our home sprung a leak this March and our flood restorations expert had no clue to where the exact entry point was. He tried selling us multiple fixes which never remotely solved the problem. All faith lost, a friend referred us to Michael Mischke, and the minute he entered our house we knew we found our problem solver. He spent an hour and a half with us positively identifying the exact entry point and cause, repeating the procedure three times to be sure. He was so thorough, and professional. I will forever highly recommend him and will definitely hire him if and when I purchase a new home. THANK YOU MICHAEL.

    Excellent Professional Service

    I called 4Sight to do a home inspection. This was my first home inspection. I didn't know what to expect. Rob was on site. He arrived on time, and was polite and friendly. He took time and went through the entire house from the bottom to the top. He paid attention to every detail and took many photos including the attic. I was impressed by his professional service. The inspection report was easy to understand. His infrared thermograph tool detected the potential leaking problem on the ceiling of the kitchen, which covered by a new layer of paint, was very difficult for the naked eye to spot. We are very thankful for Rob’s excellent professional service, and will recommend Rob/4Sight to anyone we know.

    Very impressive service and report

    I decided to use 4sight home inspection mainly because the good review it received and included infrared scan. And I am happy that I made a right call. Rob is on site doing the job. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained and answered all questions I raised. He even walked/crawled a long way in the attic to check a concerned spot. The report is very impressive 'cause he attached pictures to every problem identified. I have nothing but satisfaction with his service. Actually I already started telling my friend how 4sight is really worth a try.

    Very thorough, and helpful advice

    This is my home first purchase, so everything is a little scary but Michael was friendly, professional, and had a pleasant, relaxed approach. He was happy to answer all of my questions, and gave some good advice on repairs. The report I received was very educational, and I will certainly keep it on file for all the useful information.

    First Home Inspection

    Given that it was my first home inspection, it was important to trust a reputable company with remarkable client reviews and so this is why we chose 4 Sight Home Inspections. During the inspection process, Steve was very informative and detail oriented. He took his time to inspect all aspects of the home and I learned that the home had access to secret storage space which is something that I would have otherwise missed out. It was a pleasure working with Steve and I learned what aspects of the home repairs were a must to ensure that the move in will be smooth and the home will be well maintained for years to come.
