    Home purchase inspection

    Michael showed up on time and his appearance was neat and very professional. He explained what the process would involve and how he would proceed. He was thorough in his inspection and was able to quickly document his findings. Any time that we had questions, he was able to patiently explain things in an easy and clear manner. We were not made to feel like we had asked a silly question no matter how simple it may have been. He picked up on many issues that we had not noticed (even though we thought we were eagle eyes). Upon completion, payment was made easily and the report was emailed to us within the hour. The report was clear and detailed along with many photos so that we could refresh our memories of what was involved and where. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with 4 Sight Home Inspections and would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Home inspection

    This was an amazing experience, as first-time home buyers, we made a great decision in choosing Mike. He gave us information that was valuable and assisted us in making our decision. We admire his ability to multi-task and book appointments and deal with other clients while still completing the home inspection for us in a timely manner and informing us of issues that needed to be addressed.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was fantastic! He arrived on time and got straight to work inspecting our newly purchased home. He was friendly, easy to talk to and explained everything in easy to understand terms. It was a very thorough inspection covering all aspects of the house, a very detailed report was also provided letting us know all details of the house and appliances. I would highly recommend 4Sight to anyone looking for a home inspection!

    Home inspection for purchase

    Mike did a very thorough inspection of a house we were considering buying. He answered all our questions patiently and expertly, and afterwards we decided to buy the house! Thanks Mike!

    Condo Inspection

    Easy to talk to, answered all my questions, educated me through the entire process, gave me peace of mind on my purchase. Worth every penny in my opinion. Thanks for everything

    First Time Home Buyer

    Steve did a fantastic job inspecting our potential first home. He was kind and very knowledgeable and willing to explain all of his findings in a way that we could understand. He was very thorough and professional which we really appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend 4sight to other home buyers!

    Home Inspection

    New Development 1 Year Home Inspection

    Michael was professional when performing the home inspection. He was punctual, informative, thorough with his investigation and answered all my questions. I wasn't sure whether I would need a home inspector for my new development as I thought I would be able to notice all the deficiencies myself. To my surprise, there were many things that Michael had picked up that I never even thought would be a building code issue even through a known developer. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone that is looking to purchase a new home as he has over 20 years of experience in this field of work. I would definitely use 4Sight Inspections for any home inspections in the future.

    Home inspection

    It was a cold day but the service team came and still did a good half hour outside inspection before proceeding to the indoors. They careful courteous and thorough. They had the latest equipment and provided a professional report Very Happy with the service Mr. Sangha
