    Extremely thorough

    I couldn't be more impressed with Steve's level of professionalism during the inspection today. He was extremely thorough, helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. I had previous home inspections done in the past but this one was by far the best. Will absolutely recommend and use Steve's services again in the future.

    Home Inspection

    Very satisfy with this home inspection service. He've been very on time, inspect very procedure was fast. no time wasting, very good report that shows all tiny problems and the most important for me, was the report that i received in 2 hours.

    Older Home Inspection - Burlington, ON

    This was our second time using 4Sight Home Inspection and both times we observed Michael being thorough and concise. The day started with Michael and co-worker arriving on site, giving us a timeline and outlining the areas that they would be inspecting. While observing Michael we could really see the attention to detail spent on each section of the house as he meticulously examed and took photos. We definitely found Michael to be personable and comfortable to approach. Partway through the exam we asked Michael a few questions about a few areas that we felt were of concern and our questions were answered in length; taking time to explain and show examples. Upon completion of the inspection, we left the interior of the house to partways. This is where Michael gave us his overall opinion of the home. He explained that he wanted to speak with us privately as we were the ones who hired him for his services. We thought that this was very courteous and respectful to the family that was selling their childhood home on behalf of the late homeowner. Later that night, we promptly received our inspection report totaling 129 pages; full of detail and photos. We couldn't be more happy with the service provided. Thank you Michael for your professionalism, expertice, and for helping us make an informed decision.

    House pre-inspection done with great attention to detail

    I wanted to place an offer in on a house in Hamilton, but because there was a lot of competing interest in the house I decided to get a pre-inspection done. My realtor had worked with 4sight before and held Mike and Steve in the highest regard. One of my close friends had her house inspected by 4Sight and also had nothing but high praise, so I thought I'd give them a shot. I thought $250 was a bit steep for a home inspection (without a printed report), but after walking through the house with Steve, who was absolutely wonderful, I kicked myself for not opting for the more expensive printed version because it's even more thorough. With that said, was very thorough checking things out and he noticed quite a few things I didn't, and he brought up some good questions I never would have thought to have asked. By the end of the pre-inspection I was much more comfortable with my knowledge of the house and what it might really be worth rather than my idea of the value of the house being based on aesthetics. Unfortunately, my offer didn't get me that house, but I feel like the offer I put in was very reasonable given some of the issues the house had, perhaps issues that the people who out-bid me were unaware of. I would wholeheartedly recommend Steve and 4Sight again, and as proof of that, when I find another house I'm that interested in, I'll be calling 4Sight again.

    Home Inspection - Burlington

    As a single woman buying my first home on my own, I really wanted piece of mind that I was making an informed decision about my property. Steve invited me to shadow him during his inspection, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Even my realtor was impressed by his thoroughness! Definitely money well spent!

    Home renovation inspection

    Thanks to Michael for his professionalism and his attention to detail. He viewed the whole house inside and out and listed items he would not normally do. He understood my situation and was eager to help out in any way he can. I received my report a few hours after he completed the inspection of my home. I would highly recommend him. Anna, Toronto

    Another great home inspection through 4Sight

    We have previously gone with 4Sight for another home inspection done by Steve and were very pleased with the experience. Unfortunately, the deal fell through for other reasons. This time we had the pleasure of having a different place inspected by Mike, who I believe is the owner of 4Sight. Like Steve, he was very meticulous with his inspection but at the same time, very open to questions that a first-time buyer like myself had. Mike identified the problem areas, advised on how they should be fixed and their urgency of resolution, as well as was able to provide estimated costs for repairs (comparing the costs for the homeowner doing it themselves vs hiring someone) which was very useful. The inspection lasted approximately 3 hours and it did not feel at any time like Mike was either rushing through it or wasting time being slow. I would highly recommend 4Sight for any new home-owners.

    Home Inspection in Welland, ON

    We surfer the Web for the best inspection service around, and I feel fully confident we found it. Michael came all the way to Welland to perform our home inspection, and I can honestly say he exceeded all of our expectations. He was professional, prepared, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He was dedicated to inspect and every inch of the house, and he was very communicative and educational regarding his findings. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, and will be using his services again in the future.

    Home Inspection- Barrie

    Steve and Rob provided a detailed and attentive inspection pausing at all times to explain and clarify any concerns. I would highly recommend 4Sight for their courteous, professional manner and knowledgeable process during the inspection, but mostly their patience. Thanks also to Michael who booked my appointment with only 1 day notice. Time is of the essence and I appreciate your help it the matter. Excellent experience

    Multiplex Inspection

    Steve & Rob our inspectors were amazing. They were professional, detailed and extremely knowledgable. We felt they had our best interest in mind and did not hesiate to provide advice that eventually lead to us opting out of the purchase of the property.
