    home inspection in oshawa - Sameer and Dionne

    This was actually the 2nd time we Used Michael and 4Sight. We conditionally bought a home back in the spring and did not go with that house, but Michael was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and such an easy going guy we had to use him again just recently on what will be our 'forever' home. Michael is definitely thorough, answers all questions, and makes the nerve racking experience very easy going. We were very lucky both times that michael was able to come out to whitby and oshawa on such short notice. The fact that the report is generated and sent to us so quickly is definitely an added bonus. Will definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for a comprehensive inspection. Thanks for everything!

    Home inspection A+

    We just conditionally purchased are first home and before we commit to making such a big purchase we wanted to make sure not getting a lemon for a home. I called couple of friends who have recently bought a home see if they would recommend who they used with less then glowing reviews of there home inspector. I did some research and called a few home inspectors came across 4sight inspections . Michael spent the time answering all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable and know the area he was very flexible and was able to arrange a inspection on short notice. Day of inspection Michael arrived on time he encouraged us to follow him around and ask any questions. The extremely thorough inspection lasted appx 3 hrs. Michael inspected every inch of the home inside and out even checking all appliances and included thermal imaging. By end of that day we received a emailed report with photos outlining any issues / things that need maintenance. Thanks again Michael for all your help we definitely have a better understanding of what issues to watch out for and how to maintain the home. Highly recommend 4sight inspections

    Home Inspection

    I recently hired 4Sight Inspections to complete a home inspection on a home I had put a conditional offer on. My experience with them was easy from start to finish. The online booking tool was easy to use, and they were able to fit me in quickly. Michael inspected the home for approx. 3 hours and answered all of my questions (and there was lots!). The report was sent about an hour afterwards, and was very comprehensive and easy to understand. I thought I had purchased a good home, but felt confident that at the end of the inspection, I KNEW I had purchased a good home.

    house inspection

    We called Michael and his team to do a home inspection on a home we are purchasing. Michael and his partner showed up and did not mind the fact that I was with them every step of the way. They were patient to answer my questions and address my concerns. They were thorough with their inspection spending 3.5 hours at the house. A DETAILED report was submited to us with in an hour of the inspection. We were beyond impressed with his service and knowledge. As a contractor my self I will be recommending Michael and his staff to my clients and will be using his services in the future my self. If you are looking for a reliable home inspector look no further. Thank you Michael for your help!

    House Inspection

    Michael and his partner have done a very meticulous and thorough home inspection for us. The 3.5 hours service has covered every corner of the new house, which is way beyond our expectation. The report is very detailed and recommendation is right to the point. He has been very patient and answered all inquiries in a professional manner during the inspection process. We will definitely refer him to others for a decent house inspection.

    House Pre-Inspection

    I called in Mike to do a pre-purchase home inspection on an older home in Hamilton. As a solo woman with a history of buying my own real estate I have had my share of challenges, but Mike wasn't one of them. He inspected the house thoroughly, found some problems, and explained them in the context of the overall condition of the house. I can now follow through with my offer with confidence that I know what I'm getting into. It's refreshing to find a tradesman who not only knows his stuff, but who appears to have a real passion for his work. Mike wasn't whitewashing issues to help make a sale, he was acting in my best interest as his client. He was respectful, professional, well-informed, and not condescending in the least - in short, a real stand-up guy. I would definitely hire him again.

    Renovation Inspection

    We've been having a terrible time with our home renovation. When a friend came by and noticed some structural and weather proofing issues we were concerned to say the least. Michael was recommended by a friend who has used his service and he was great. He walked us through our home during his inspection and pointed out problems and provided solutions on the spot. He was very knowledgeable and put our minds at ease about some things that we weren't sure about. His report is extremely detailed and now we know exactly where what problems we have to deal with and he offered solutions as well. Thanks, Michael!

    Home inspection

    Steve did a very thorough inspection and I am very satisfied with his work ethic. No corner of the house was left unchecked and I feel very assured of the quality of the property. 10/10 would recommend.

    Professional Home inspection

    I had Steve Blayney for my house inspection. He was fantastic; I was very impressed with the service provided. Steve was really helpful and informative. He told us what we needed to fix or change in the house. He is professional, knowledgeable and very thorough with his inspection. He gave advice on how any issues would be addressed as well as a rough estimate on the cost.. I liked the ease of booking the inspection via the website with E-mail confirmations. Our report was delivered via E-mail within hours of the inspection being completed. This company provided a wonderful service and I highly recommend them for a home inspection of any kind.
