Raja, thank you for taking the time to post a review here. My rates are competitive with other home inspection companies in the GTA, however, you will find that with my experience, included thermal imaging, $1,000 home inspection guarantee and the most comprehensive inspection available that my rate is actually better than most. You have to remember. You get what you pay for. A cheap price will usually mean a cheap inspection. To me a home inspection must be thorough. There can be no cutting corners. Thank you very much Pranav. It is important to ensure you know everything that needs repair or improvement during a tarion warranty inspection so either you or the builder can take care of it. There are often things that the builder does correctly to building code but can still use some improvement. Anyway, it was a pleasure meeting you and I do hope you enjoy many years in the home. Jack, we are happy we turned your negative experience into a positive one. As discussed, having a yearly maintenance inspection is always a good idea, give us a call when your ready. It is amazing the amount of caulking that is needed in and outside the home! Remember, there is never a dumb question, so keep on asking, that how we learn. I hope the specialist can provide further information and provide additional recommendations. I would be very interested in knowing what they say.
