    Home inspection

    It is a very professional home inspection. It helped me to find some tiny problems about the house I decided to buy, so that I can have a good knowledge about it. Very useful!.

    Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

    Brilliant service and top quality information provided during and after the home inspection. We had put in a conditional offer on an older home and called Michael to to a pre-purchase home inspection. His professionals was matched only by his knowledge of the house and all associated systems that service the home. He was thorough, informative, polite, exceptionally professional and helpful. Never made me feel uninformed for not knowing about the building trade and took the time to point things out to me in a way that was helpful and informative. Michael allowed (and encouraged ) me to accompany him on the inspection so he could show me things as they came up rather than load everything on the summary report at the end without showing me what it is and discussing how to address the issue and when it should be addressed. the report was magnificent. Detailed, understandable, concise, and helpful. I will be recommending Michael's services to other prospective home owners I know looking for a reputable home inspector. Top notch!

    Home Inspection

    Michael is a very thorough and professional Home Inspector. As a Realtor, Michael at 4Sight Home Inspections is the Home Inspection company that I recommend to all of my clients. As a matter of fact, I trust Michael so much, that I just used him to do an inspection of a home that I am purchasing for myself. He identified certain issues within the home, that ended up saving us thousands of dollars.

    Home Inspection

    Extremely pleased with the service that we recieved! Mike was very helpful and also very accommodating to our situation (we had delays getting into the house) The inspection was very thorough and we received insight into potential issues all throughout the 3 hour inspection. Final report was very detailed and was provided in a very timely manner. (1 hour) Would definitely recommend.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was very helpful from the initial conversation to understand the home inspection process and better understand his background and offerings. The home inspection was quite detailed and he handled questions easily along the way. A thorough report and very responsive to follow up questions by email.

    Home Inspection

    Home inspection

    As a first time home buyer didn't know who to contact for the home inspection so Michael was recommended because of his experience and knowledge in his field of work. I was very happy to meet Michael and his team for this job because they make sure I am buying this home with confidence and gave me sound advised for the purchase decision.     Home Inspection

    The Service was very in-depth and professional with patience in answering customer questions. I would recommend this service to everybody as we were very impressed. Now we can live in our new home knowing it passed its inspection.

    investment property

    I was very pleased with Michaels thoroughl investigation of the property. I have never experienced a home inspector care and professionalism. I was very skeptical of other inspectors I have used in the past and thought this was going to be at the most an hour. Michael was so dedicated to the job at hand, it actually took several hours to complete. This was very important to us and I thank Michael for his dedication to the inspection. He is very professional. He was on time and did the job at the price we discussed. Thank you very much Michael.
