    INSPECTION

    Michael is amazing! I asked him to inspect a renovation project that went wrong. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and is such a considerate person. I will be recommending him to all of my friends & family in needs of inspection services.

    Home inspection

    Michael was fantastic. He was very thorough, punctual and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions even a few days later. The report arrived the same day and was extremely detailed and informative. I highly recommend Michale.

    home inspection

    We were extremely pleased with the home inspection that Michael provided for us! He was very thorough and took his time checking everything outside and inside the house. He was very knowledgeable and always open to answer any questions in a manner that everyone could understand. Michael was very punctual and professional. The report arrived quickly and provided a great reference in detail of recommended improvements to the house and property.     Had an inspection on a house previously and my husband had to point out things to the inspector, we felt that this inspection was very thorough and we would and have already recommended them to them people. Thanks for your good service.

    Home inspection

    Enjoyed the inspection. Have had other house inspections in the past and found 4Sight to be the most enjoyable. Very thorough. Asked a lot of dumb questions and received smart, informative answers. Inspector seemed to really enjoy the process, and enjoy explaining a few things to me. Didn't mind me peering over his shoulder, getting in his way, etc. Even made some suggestions for things that weren't necessarily wrong with the house but that I was thinking aloud that I might like to change. I would happily hire 4Sight again, without hesitation. Highly recommended.

    Pre-approval of House Inspection

    I heard of this company through the recommendation of my friend. I set an appointment even I'm unsure of the outcome of my mortgage, I have to cancelled it Twice. Mike manage to adjust his time with other client and try to accommodate me even it's a short notice. The result of the appraisal was very detailed & educational, it's worth paying for! We really appreciate the advise of Mike regarding the danger that can cause if we gonna allow our son to sleep in the basement by himself. Overall service was great and highly recommended to all.

    Home Inspection

    We are extremely pleased with the inspection that Michael did for us. The house needs lots of work and he took the time to go through everything and show us all the issues. He answered all our questions and was extremely friendly. The digital report is very easy to use and complete with information, recommendations, photos, diagrams, etc. We will definitely recommend him to all our friends and family.

    home inspection

    HIRE THIS MAN. LOOK NO FURTHER. I am an extremely hard to please individual. (and that's putting it lightly). I have never met a more professional, organized and personable individual in my life. I know nothing about home inspections. But I learned so much from our interaction. This is a completely thorough, 3 hour + inspections. Michael was over, under, inside and out, the entire property. He pointed out things that needed immediate attention, things that could wait, things that were cosmetic in nature. He uses the most up to date technology and he is worth every penny. He found an issue on the roof, which, because of his warning, will now be fixed, and paid for by the seller, before we move in. The fee we paid Michael, was extremely less than the expense of fixing this on our own. We didn't need to adjust our offer, since the seller will do the repair.

    Home Inspection on June 27th

    Michael was very thorough and professional. Spent significant amount of time checking/verifying interior and exterior of house. Gave us few tips and was willing share his knowledge and experience. Most importantly he pointed out three major plumbing problems in my house which I was not expecting - so many thanks to him for saving us who knows how many $$$ from a potential water damage. Thanks Michael.

    Pre-purchase home inspection

    Michael's inspection was extremely thorough. He took his time, showed me many items of concern, some quite serious (the kind of problems you NEED to know about before buying a home). The final, very detailed report was ready within an hour. Punctual, professional, friendly and patient with questions... I highly recommend 4Sight Inspections!
