    Home Inspection

    We booked Michael based on his review on Homestars, & everything people say is true. He's professional, knowledgeable, thorough, & personable. He was patient with our questions, & explained what he was looking for along the way. He pointed out some deficiencies with the property, which we would not have seen without his services, & was honest with his opinions. The report was detailed & arrived via email very soon after the inspection was done. Highly recommend & would use again in the future.

    Home Inspection

    After reading the reviews, we decided to hire 4Sight Home Inspections and we can say that we are very satisfied with the service that Michael has provided. He’s very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. We were surprised how very detailed he was – from the inspection down to the report. We are definitely recommending Michael to anyone looking for a quality home inspection.

    Roof Inspection

    Michael booked our inspection for 4:00 pm and he arrived on time. He is Professional, very qualified and very personable. His report is detailed, complete with photos and very useful. We will recommend him to everyone we speak to. Thanks.

    Home Inspection

    Mike showed up on time, had all the modern tools to do a proper inspection and above all was very knowledgable and detail oriented. He took hit time, answered all of my questions patiently and in great detail. I would recommend him to anyone

    Home inspection

    I had 4Sight complete a home inspection for my upcoming year-end Tarion new home warranty. Michael at 4sight was absolutely wonderful, he was very professional and courteous during the booking and inspection. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. My report was available via email within the hour. We would definitely recommend 4Sight Home Inspections to anyone looking for a home inspector.

    Home Inspection

    Home Inspection

    Mike was a perfect home inspector. The inspection was very thorough and Mike was very easy to talk to and ask questions to. He was very professional and was extremely knowledgeable. Exceptional service, I highly recommend him! Also not only is the inspection very well done but his report is even more informative and in depth as there are detailed explanations for any issues addressed with your home. Thanks again Mike :)

    Home Inspection

    As a first time home buyer, I am very happy with 4sights inspections. Michael provided detailed explanations on what needs to be done as well as educated me on various items that I should be aware of. He not only pointed out issues but also solutions and approximate ideas on what it may cost for the solution. I used Homestars for the very first time and read several reviews before hiring 4sights. I will recommend Michael for home inspections!

    Home inspection

    Michael was fantastic. This was our first home inspection and it was well worth it. He was punctual, polite and answered all of our questions. He also helped us with our renovation ideas.
