    Home inspection prior to purchase

    Michael was referred to me by a Real Estate agent/friend who had only heard of him through clients . From our initial conversation he was very perfessional and knew his "stuff". Day of inspection he was on time and very pleasant . I chose to let him do his work at hand without following him around and just checked in once in a while to see if he had detected any "concerns". He took the time to explain in detail all issues and never appeared rushed or in a hurry to move on without explaining and making sure I understand . Michael checked that all appliances were in working order (had I known I would have brought my laundry over for him to do ) . Lol He went out of his way to measure out the rooms for me so I had an idea of costs associated with replacing the flooring . When I asked in how many days I could expect the report, he surprised me by telling me "in 2 hrs" . Sure enough as promised, I had a completed 56 page report within 2 hrs . I have since recommended Michael to an aquaintence and assured them that they won't be disapointed in his service or price .     Home Inspection for 12 year old property Mississauga

    Micheal is very thorough, punctual and detail-oriented. He accommodated me in less than 24 hours notice and his rate was approx $200 less than what most other companies charge. He inspected my large detached house for a very reasonable fee and included thermal imaging for free. His quality of inspection was beyond amazing, he actually climbed into the attic, checked every appliance and electric socket, all faucets showers drain, etc in house. The other costlier inspectors don't even check appliances which I found to be a bonus with Micheal. He was kind enough to give us ideas on home improvement and also approx estimate on reno jobs we were planning on doing in the house. Top notch inspector and a very reasonable rate. Loved his work!!

    Home Inspection

    We just bought our first home and it has been a very unfamiliar and nerve wrecking experience for me. Michael was able to put my mind at ease and turn it into an extremely positive time. He went above and beyond all that I thought a home inspector would. Everything was clearly labelled and explained in the report, as well as he sat down and gave me some tips on some improvements we could make. I would highly recommend Michael as a home inspector!

    Home Inspection

    As a first time home buyer, of an older house, the process could have been daunting. But as we went around the inside and outside of the house, Michael picked up on so many items with the house. He was able to answer my numerous questions, and reassured me about my home purchase. I will recommend him to all of my friends in need of home inspections !!

    Pre-Purchese Home Inspection

    I booked an appointment with Michael on a short notice, solely based on the info provided on company's website. From the moment he answered the call I got a sense of his professionalism and his straight-forward personality which instantly made me feel comfortable with my choice. On site Michael continued to impress: he arrived on time, despite the long trip and pouring rain and worked methodically and thoroughly for three hours, meticulously documenting the state of every component of the house. Throughout this he took the time to answer my every question in a friendly and truthful manner providing me with insight and assurance. His proficient use of technology and appropriate tools show professional dedication and a strong commitment to providing a high quality service at a fair price. I barely returned from site and I found myself sharing my positive experience, enthusiastically recommending 4Sight services to my friends, impressing even those that were real estate agents. A few hours later his factual report was instrumental in guiding my decision and giving me the confidence to proceed with the sale.

    Home Inspection

    Amazing. He arrived on time and with all his tools and gadgets. I had a home inspection done a couple weeks earlier and Michael blew those guys out of the water. He took his time to go over every rooms, the outside and garage/shed. He answers all questions in a very easy to understand way and utilizes technology like a wizard. He let me know of every problem, explained it in great detail and even explained timelines and estimates on costs. He let me know what I can do myself and where I should have experts come in. AND best of all he had the report done in an hour, 73 pages long, with diagrams, explanations and solutions all included. To top it all off he said "You have me for as long as you have the house" and mentioned he would come help if I had any issues/problems and do the analysis and estimate costs. Amazing service.

    Bathroom Renovation (Gone Terribly Wrong)

    Michael hadn't even finished pulling out of my driveway this evening before I started writing this review in my head. Clearly he is a very busy man, but this did not stop him from promptly replying to my initial email(s) and arriving, as scheduled at 6pm sharp. I immediately felt at ease with him. At no time did he make me feel rushed and he patiently answered all of my questions and even asked a few of his own as together we navigated my bungalow from top to bottom. Even my dog Jasper (who normally shies away from men) felt compelled to curl up at his feet as he inspected the tile in my shower. I would recommend him without hesitation. In fact, I've put a link to his website on my personal Facebook page. After experiencing such a nightmare with my contractor, a pro such as Michael was a breath of fresh air. If only everyone in the industry was so worthy of 10 stars... Thanks to Michael and his report, I feel like some light will finally be shed on the dark cloud that's been hovering over my house for far too long.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was amazing! This was our first time having a home inspection done and Michael made the experience a painless and thorough one. We learned a lot as he went through every inch of our potential home, and answered every one of our (many) questions. Michael has quite the operation going on and has it all down to the tee. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future or refer him to any of my friends and/or family. My mother has been singing his praises for the past two days! Thank you Michael!
