    Home inspection

    I called 4Sight for a home inspection and I was able to make a next day appointment. Steve B was on time and very professional. I did the walk through with him and he was able to answer all my questions and gave me useful advice on home maintenance. The report I received is in depth, detailed and easy to understand. I would recommend 4Sight for any home inspection needs. Thank you for your services.

    Home inspection

    We just had a home inspection performed by Michael Mischke on an investment property we're wanting to renovate/flip. What can I say besides it was a total pleasure and was not only informative but also insightful and helped guide us in the right direction in what to do next. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends, family and acquaintances and very much look forward to having him inspect every house we flip from here on out! Thanks again, Michael.

    Home Inspection

    As a first time home buyers, Michael's inspection put our mind at ease and was a pleasant and educational experience. He was open to any question we had and did not rush the inspection at any moment . He provided a very informative and detailed report within the next few hours. We are very satisfied with his services, and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family.

    Home Inspection

    Michael from 4 Sight Inspections is a great inspector. As a first time homeowner, he discussed everything to ask and encourage us to ask him questions if we are confused about something in the house. I love the thermal imaging he provided and found major issues in the home, then negotiate with the seller to give us credit.Over all i would definitely recommend 4sight Inpections!!!

    Home Inspection

    I am a first time home buyer and had Mike come out to do my home inspection. As nervous as I was through this whole process as I am purchasing as an investment property; Mike made me feel at ease with his professionalism and somber demeanor. He was thorough and informative, explaining every aspect of the inspection in a way that not only did I understand but I felt comfortable asking the questions that I needed to to make my final decision of purchase. He was easy to speak with and easy to approach with any question I may have had throughout the inspection. I would recommend him and his company to anyone, first time home buyer or experienced. Most companies charge extra for the services of thermal imaging from the research online that I had done when looking for a home inspector. Not only were his over all prices reasonable and affordable he also has a Home Assure Plus Plan which means that if there happens to be something that might of been missed upon moving into your home, he could possibly cover up to 1000.00 towards the repair. Other companies have plans but usually upon moving into the home the plan has expired as they usually only offer a 30 day warranty. Not many houses close within 30 days making their plans useless. I am tremendously satisfied with my over all home inspection and look forward to recommending Mike to family and friends in the future. Thanks again for all your help Mike!

    Home Inspection

    Michael was amazing!!! He came highly recommended from a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends as well. He has a great attitude and was extremely patient throughout the whole process. He answers all your questions and is very informed about all things related to a home including what building codes would be used based on the age of the home or time of the upgrade. He also has a great set of advanced tools that allow him to offer a thorough and superior inspection. His report is also extremely thorough and I greatly appreciated his use of technology and the enhancement this adds to the report. Lastly his willingness to make himself available if you have any future questions or concerns is a testament to the great service he offers.

    Home inspection

    Bought an old house in North York knowing it needed renos. With the crazy bidding wars, I purchased without inspection. Meeting with Michael five days after I received possession was perfect timing. While I have started renos we were able to discuss plans as we went through inspection. He was detailed, pleasant and organized!! He came highly recommended and I can see why. Thermal imaging Gave me peace of mind, and so did his report and photos. I would refer Michael and his company 100% to anyone. Thank you Michael.

    Home Inspection

    Very detailed inspection beyond my expectations. Every window opened, every electrical outlet tested, all of my questions answered ... even a minor repair without even asking. Very well prepared and organized. I felt confident to make a decision based on Michael's findings and knew what action to take in the future.

    Home inspection

    Michael was so friendly and professional, he spent a lot of time checking every single thing. We had to bring our toddler and this didn't bother him at all, in fact they got along quite well! He was so thorough and all information was transparent, with plenty of recommendations. He even looked into repairing something right on the spot. The inspection was about 3.5 hours. Honestly, just stop your search and go with Michael! We went with a different company a few years ago for our previous home and, despite being a big name company, it was totally inadequate compared to this!

    home inspection

    Michael Did a very through home inspection for us . He sent us a written copy 78 pages long very professional. There were 3 or 4 items that had to be completed and Michael went above expectations and came out to make sure the work was done satisfactory.
