The only suggestion I have is to update their profile to include the fact that they are registered with the BBB and have an A+ grade. This will help customers choose them more quickly. Andy, from Ducky's Drains, was quick to respond to our issue, and arrived right on time. He was very friendly, professional, and more than willing to answer questions and offer suggestions. He completed our sewer line clean-out quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess to deal with. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family, and call him again if we have any other sewer, or drain issues.

Had Ducky's out eight years ago for roots in line, they were great. Roots now an issue again, Andy was again excellent taking are to ensure the line was cleared of the two obstruction areas. He flushed line out and gave assurance the pipes continue in good condition. Great job!! Very prompt very professional, bill was exactly as quoted. Thanks for taking great care of us again!

We had just moved into our house and within a month the kitchen sink was clogged. Whenever we would just run water down, after 1-2 minutes, the water would back up from the drains into the sink basin. Same thing would happen if we used the dishwasher. No amount of Drano would do the trick. Ducky's Drains was super quick and responsive to our service request and came by less than 24 hours later to take a look and get them fixed. They cleared out a bunch of grease, debris and plastic straws (??) left by the former resident. Drains run smoothly now and will definitely use Ducky's Drains again in future.
