    Toilet Clog and Sink Drain Leak

    Andy JUST left my home! Not only was he on time he was early which is amazing! He was friendly, courteous and got the job done quickly! He cleaned up every bit of debris, water etc (which I have plumbers in the past NOT do). I would WITHOUT a doubt use his services again and recommend him to others. Response to my emails and inquiries were also very speedy and detailed so nothing was left to chance or surprise!

    Snake cutting Head stuck in drain

    Our drain backed up into the house so I rented a snake to unclog the line. Everything was fine until I reeled the snake in to find that the cutting head was stuck in the line, making things even worse. I phoned a large plumbing company that came out, charged lots and had an expensive solution that involved digging up the yard. I decided to get a second opinion. Andrew at Ducky's saved the day. He was there the same day, he was organized, professional, half the price of the competition, and most importantly got the cutting head out and we did not have to dig up the yard. I would recommend Andrew and I will continue to call on his services.

    Pipe Snake stuck in drain....

    It is New Years Day and Andy just left my house. We had a clog below our bathtub that we tried to snake ourselves, we bought a decent quality snake but somehow it got stuck and no matter what we tried it would not come out. I had recently ran into Andy on another job (as we are both tradesmen) and got his card. When I called Andy was able to get me in quite quickly. The snake turned out to be much more difficult to retrieve than either of us had thought but eventually he got it!! While he was already here and had put the camera down the drain anyway and found a bunch of tree roots in many locations on the main line, he also cut those out. During the whole process he was very organized, tidy and was very careful to not damage the walls or make a mess. I will definitely recommend Ducky's Drains to everyone! Have a Great Year Andrew

    drain cleaning

    I had a main sewer back up on the weekend and didnt know who to call. I talked to a friend who recommed Ducky's drain. I had never heard of before but need help immediately. I called and he calmed me out me down on the phone. He was at the door in a very fast time. He asked a few questions, then went right to work. It was flowing in no time. When he was done he reccommed some regular maintance to help out since I am in a older neighbourhood with big trees and starting to get roots in the lines. I would reccommend Andy from Ducky's Drain anytime.

    Kitchen Drain Cleanout

    Andy was prompt, very pleasant and got right to work. His charges were not outrageous like some other plumbing companies we called. He saved our kitchen sink! Highly recommend Andy!

    Plumbing, Hot Water Tank

    I have used Andrew at some of my properties for plumbing, hot water tanks. Work he does is excellent and will continue to use him. When I call I always get a cheery voice and a yes I can do the job. I called him today with a leaking pipe and he was going over tonight to fix the problem with no overtime charges, and everyone is very happy. Thank you Andrew keep up the great work.

    plumbing

    I was out of the province on the Remembrance Day (2013) long weekend and I got a call that a drain pipe was plugged in my house. The last time I needed a plumber was 13 years ago and I didn't know anyone in the business. I was very anxious and after a few calls I was feeling even more vulnerable. By some good fortune I called Ducky's Drains and talked with Andrew. Right away I found him friendly and reassuring. He was at the house quickly and what a wonderful relief it was to have him call, describing the problem and what he did to fix it. I also found the billing amount to be very fair. I want to pass along my experience with Andrew and Manon. It's a joy to receive a service where you are treated respectfully and fairly and when you feel a sense of trust.

    Sewer backup

    I called Ducky's drains because we had our sewer backup into our basement on a Saturday afternoon. Ducky's was at my house within 30 min of my call. Andy was able to fix our problem even though there wasn't an evident reason for the stoppage. Andy was upfront with the cost but I was still pleasantly surprised when invoiced. He didn't charge overtime or gouge us in our time of need! The next day Andy called because he was concerned about the lack of evidence as to the cause of the back up... He suggested that he come back with the camera to see if something more troubling could be happening in the drains...at NO charge to us!! I'm so impressed with Ducky's Drains, they are professional and respectful and upfront with cost and timeline. I would absolutely recommend Ducky's Drains!

    Drain Auger

    We called them to investigate our poorly draining drains in our basement. Ducky's Drains arrived on time and was very professional looking. He went right to work with his drain camera (which is a fantastic device!). We had tree roots and he fixed the pipes right up and showed us his work after to make sure we were satisfied with his job before he left! I appreciate that! He also gave us maintenance advice and what we needed to do to keep out drains working properly. He also left the space cleaner then before he arrived! His price and workmanship was unbeatable. We have worked with many people in the past and his professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this business!

    Hot Water Tank

    Had an excellent experience with Ducky's Drains. Very professional and great customer service! Came to our rescue when our hot water tank gave up. We got it replaced with no problems and reasonable prices. I highly recommend Ducky's Drains to anyone!
