    Plumbing

    Recently purchased a house and wanted our sewer to be inspected. Andrew was recommended by a close friend that also just recently purchased a house and had their plumbing inspected by him. We both found Andrew to be very professional, friendly and accommodating to any questions or concerns we had. For the sewer inspection he provided us with a video on a usb stick containing of the camera going down our main line to the city sewer. This service is very useful for any home owner to have. Since taking possession of the house I have had him back to augur and clean our main sewer and fix some minor plumbing issues around the house. Andrew did a really profession and clean job. He was very thorough in showing and explaining key things he was doing giving us a better understanding of the plumbing system in our house. The tips and advice he gave us makes my partner and I a lot more confident in maintaining our house. I would definitely recommend Andrew to any new home buyers looking for a great plumber. We will definitely stay loyal to his service in Calgary.

    Toilet installation

    Called Andy to see when I could get an appointment for toilet installation on a Monday, he was here on Wednesday morning. The two brand new toilets were installed professionally in just under 2 hours. Very impressed by him, his work ethic and how clean he left everything. I will call Andy again for any other related work without a doubt. I will also refer him to our friends,family and co-workers. Thanks Andy for a great job.

    Plumbing

    Had very stubborn plug in home sewer line. Despite snaking it many times I could not get it myself. Called Andrew at Duckys at night & he gave me at 11AM time for next morning. SHows up 20mins early and is very personable and gives you feeling that he will not overcharge and is pro. After 21/2 hrs he removes plug of tampons 85feet down line, charge is only $315. Excellent work, personable, on time - very happy w/Duckys!

    clogged main drain in basement

    I called Ducky's this morning at 7:30, and Andrew was at my house by 9:30. The drain was clogged in the basement and when I used the washing machine water was coming up and flooding the floor. He snaked the drain and fixed the issue, couldn't be happier with the price and service!

    Drain Backup Cleaning

    Ducky's took the call on a Sunday when our drain in the basement continued to back up. Appointment made for the following Monday where they arrived early. Work took less than an hour and we were billed less than what we were quoted just to show up by some of the "other" guys. Fast work work and friendly service with unmatched pricing. Thank you very much!!!!!

    Toilet Line Clogged

    I had an issue with water coming out of my basement wall whenever I flushed the toilet and was very worried. I called and Andrew was able to come and showed up on time. He was very professional and was able to find the problem in no time. It was really good service and the price is very reasonable for the amount of work he had to do. I would recommend him to others as he kept the place clean and was very efficient. Thank you very much!!

    Tap hook up

    After having granite installed and a new sink Andy came out and connected the new taps and replaced the old pipes. Andy is always professional and does a great job Denine

    Clear sanitary service connection

    Ducky's Drains did a bang up job of clearing our partially blocked sanitary service connection. Andrew was extremely efficient and very amicable. Would I recommend Ducky's Drains to others? ABSOLUTELY.

    Kitchen drain clog

    After having a competior's company out to assess our problem at a cost of $74 and providing an estimate of $500 +, I got smart and called Ducky's. We now have the distinction of having the toughest residential clog. Andy stuck with it (and with us) right through lunch and into the afternoon. He completed the job and at almost 1/2 the cost of his competitor. Save your self time and money--call Ducky's Drains. Thank you Andy and folks, everything the other reviewers say about Andy is 100% accurate.

    Tub faucet - cartridge and seat replacement

    I would highly recommend Andy from Ducky's Drains. He is efficient and friendly. Not only that, the cost for repair was minimal and the receipt for service was promptly sent to the company I work for. I will be using Ducky's Drains from now on!
