    Drain Cleaning

    Andrew did excellent job. He is very professional. He quickly fixed the problem under the double sink and I am so happy with his service. The rate is also very reasonable. I highly recommend his quality work.

    Plumbing call

    Andrew provided excellent service. He was punctual, professional, and patient with an uninformed customer. He was thorough in his examination of the issues and I felt I could trust him. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

    Bathroom renovation mess

    This is the second time that Andrew has bailed us out of a complete mess. We've worked with Ducky's twice now and both interactions have been exceptional. We first met Andrew when we called him early on a Sunday morning to assist with a nightmare kitchen drain issue. Andrew arrived in very short order and busted his ass to fix our issue so that we could attend our children's Christmas party. The second time we called Ducky's with an equally urgent matter and without fail Andrew arrived to save the day. Overall, it's truly difficult to find anything to complain about - Ducky's is punctual, the work is top-notch, the price is fair and Andrew works harder than any other trade we've worked with. Very highly recommended.

    Leaking Pipe

    Had a leaking pipe and called Ducky's. Great reception from the woman I spoke to on the phone. Quick response from Andy who was able to arrive earlier than previously arranged. Fast friendly service. He was very detailed in his explanations and done in less than 30 mins. Speedy and very knowledgable. Would definitely use them again.

    Drain Backed Up

    We called Ducky's Drains as our drain had backed up in the basement. Andy explained his pricing structure over the phone and arrived at the time he said he would. He got straight to work and explained the process to me as he went along. Andy is extremely punctual, polite and very respectful of my home. His price was excellent for the work he carried out, also giving me a full breakdown of costs. His advice and expertise is amazing and I would highly recommend using this company. Thank you Andy!

    Kitchen faucet install

    Andy was great -- a true owner/operator who cares about the quality of his work and charging a fair price. I'll be booking him again for my next plumbing project.

    Clogged drain

    Called Andrew to fix a clogged drain based on the positive reviews on this site and was very impressed. He is professional, personable and his rates are very reasonable. He was able to book me for the next day and showed up on time and worked quickly, leaving the bathroom cleaner than when he arrived. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone in need!

    plumbing

    Andrew was fast,efficient,quoted me price which was reasonable.and no surprises. I Had a sewer backup and came out on saturday and didnt charge me extra. I will use him again.

    Main Sewline to City connection blocked

    The mainfloor bathroom backed overflowing from tub and toilet. It was late Sat night and we had made half dozen calls including the city. When we reached Andy he came right out and went to work. It took 90 Feet of his auger machine to reach and clear the blockage. Despite the wretched stench - Andy worked through till 1 pm to get the blockage cleared so we could start the cleanup. Andy is professional and personable. Highly recommended. We will call him again.

    Blocked Main Sewer

    I called Andrew after coming across your website. He arrived within one hour of my call. He was prompt, courteous and totally professional. He cleared the blocked drain very efficiently and in my opinion charged a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone. A true and professional tradesman.
