    Broken shower head

    Andy was out the next day after I made the initial call. He was very busy, but made it out later in the evening, did a fine job and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use Duckys again.

    Faucet replacement

    Called to get faucet replaced at rental property. Andy was the only plumber to answer his phone (granted, it was right in the middle of the World Cup Final game). Andy was able to assess the problem and replace the faucet within 15 hours of the initial call. He was very informative, reliable, prompt and friendly. I'm a very satisfied customer. As for pricing, it seemed fair but have to admit that I didn't do much shopping around.

    Partial plugged drain line

    Very professional, showed up on time, very neat, identified the problem and repaired it quickly. Pricing was fair. Was impressed with Andy and his work, they will be my first call in the future

    Water Leak in Basement

    Andy is very courteous, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend him. His explanation was superb, I now know more about my plumbing system than I ever thought I'd want to. I would absolutely welcome Andy back into my house, and there are very few service people I've had historically that I'd say that about.

    Running toilet

    My request for a quote was responded to in a timely manner. I was happy with his rates, so I had him come out to do a simple job that I didn't feel I could handle myself. Turns out the toilet I have is fairly uncommon, so he made arrangements with a wholesaler to get the required part, and we scheduled him to come back. He was on time both times that we met, and once he had the part, it was a quick fix. He was very friendly, and easy to deal with. I'd gladly hire Andrew again, and appreciate him taking the time to do a job for me that is so basic for his skill level.

    Sewer Backup

    Our sewer drain was blocked and the sewage was backing up. I phoned Andy and he was at our home in Riverbend in less than one hour! He had the drain open in about 45 minutes and he then ran a camera down the pipe for a full inspection. Very friendly and professional service! Thanks Andy for your A+ service!

    Sewer line cleaning

    Andy came out to clear the sewer line and of course did a fantastic job. I'm impressed with the time he took to protect the floors and walls. Will call Ducky's for all future plumbing needs. If you're reading this you can stop, save time and just call Ducky's.

    Leak in sink & dishwasher

    We discovered a couple of leaks in our kitchen sink and underneath the dishwasher the day before moving out of our house. I called Ducky's Drains that morning and Andy came out within an hour. He explained his rates (very reasonable) over the phone prior. He was extremely pleasant and very efficient. He had a tap replaced and a couple of leaks fixed in no time at all. I would highly recommend this company and we will definitely call them for any future work. Thanks again Andy!

    Cleaned sewer line back up

    Called Andy and he came the next day. Even showed up early to get started on unloading his tools/supplies. He was very professional. We live in an older neighborhood so tree roots are a common problem. Andy fixed the problem in no time by snaking the line. He also gave us helpful hints and advice to try and minimize clogs in the future. He had reasonable rates and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family!! We will use him from now on. Thank you Andy! (Great sturgeon photo! You're amazing!)

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Andy, I can't thank you enough!! Woke up one morning to find our 10 year old hot water tank leaking all over the floor. Called Andy at 9:30am, was at our house by 4:30pm (because I couldn't meet him sooner), and the entire job was done by 6:30pm. Very personable, and very professional. I felt the price for the entire replacement was very reasonable. I was especially impressed that Andy took off his shoes as soon as he arrived, and put down mats all the way downstairs to protect the carpet without even being asked! I know it's a small thing, but it shows that he cares about what he does and how he services his customers. I wouldn't hesitate for an instant to call Andy again in the future!!
