    Drain Clog Augering

    Andy was sincere and helpful on the phone right from the start. His courtesy and knowlege gained our trust so we booked him. He was prompt, ontime, sincere, as honest as anyone I've ever met and he does clean, efficient work. Andy doesn't mess around, he gets right down to business and takes care to protect the work area and clean up afterwards. His good manners and professional workmanship were followed up by a very reasonable fee. Hope we don't need him again...but if we do, we wouldn't hestitate to call and would highly recommend.

    Clogged Toiled

    My basement toilet has always been slow to drain. The other day I clogged it really bad and no matter how l tried to plunge it, It never let free. After a few days of struggling I decided to research and call a professional. With tons of great reviews I decided to give Ducky's Drains a try. The price was dictated over the phone so I had no surprises. He arrived promptly and fixed the problem completely within 2 hours of my call. I would highly recommend Ducky's Drains to anyone needing plumbing services!

    Hot Water Tank

    One evening I had a number of people scheduled to visit my home when I noticed that my Hot Water Tank was leaking. I called around and all the places I called were too busy and had no time available for me. What was I to do? I called Ducky's and Andrew came the very evening I called to repair the tank. He was polite, professional, and did a thorough job fixing my tank. I was so grateful for his friendly and helpful service. He guaranteed his work and offered to help whenever future needs arose. Thank you so much for making the evening a success.

    Toilet Backed Up

    My toilet backed up, and after much plunging, while the toilet water level went back down, with each flush, it was flooding again. As this was the only toilet in my condo, I needed help. I called several companies- one was rude, others were too busy and could not come until Monday/Tuesday, and some wanted to charge a lot of money. Thanks to Google, I found Ducky's Drains who came to my rescue. They were available to come today, resolved the issue, were very professional and polite in their communications and their rates were affordable. Thank you for your help!

    Shut-off valves

    I needed a plumber to improve the shut-off valve situation in my condo because the builders installed cheap valves & other units had experienced leaks. Ducky's was able to do a preliminary assessment (free of charge!) & do the requested work within the week. Always on time, very friendly, less expensive than I expected & also fixed my leaking kitchen faucet to boot! Quality work with no issues since their visit... I fully recommend calling Ducky's & I will do so for any personal plumbing needs in the future.

    Main plumbing stack/drain/cleanout

    We trust Ducky's with all of out plumbing drain needs because they respond quickly, quote accurately, and invoice promptly with clear breakdown of material and labour expense. For this particular project, Andy showed up the same day to identify the leak and quote the job. We proceeded with the work the next day. Ducky's showed up on time and completed the job quickly and competently.

    Kitchen Drain

    I fully endorse Ducky's Drains to anyone who requires drain services fixed properly and efficiently. Being a landlord/owner of a house in the Southwest, my tenants called me to report a drainage problem (that was also affecting the dish-washing machines in the house with water constantly backing up). Being out of town on business at the time, I researched online and found Ducky's Drains. I reached Andy with a call looking to hire and schedule an appointment between his company and my tenants. Andy was completely accommodating despite my being away in another city, professional, thorough in his work, and he fixed the cleared out the drain plugging respectfully with my tenants present. He called me to report as soon as the job was completed. Andy was straightforward and upfront about costs, the details of the job itself, and helpfully communicative during the entire process. As a homeowner and landlord, I gladly and highly recommend Ducky's Drains.

    Plugged toilets and sink

    I called many of the big advertised plumbing companies, and got nowhere with them. Called Duckys and Andrew came right over, on a friday night, with no O/T charged. Unplugged 2 toilets,and a sink, replaced two toilet seals, and cleaned up after himself. Awesome service. friendly, polite. All for what I paid another company last year, to unplug one little sink, go figure eh? Before you call anyone else, call Ducky's

    Leaking ceiling!

    Andy came the same day I called to fix a toilet that was leaking through the floor and affecting the apartment below (serious). He was great, clean, friendly, quick, competent, and I will definitely be calling him for maintenance plumbing in the future. Thanks!

    Plumbing

    Called Andrew and he was able to book an appointment with me on the only day I could meet him. He was very accommodating, polite, did the work quickly, took care of 3 toilets and a kitchen sink in no time. He explained everything he did and was careful to not make a mess. I will call him again for sure and can recommend him unabashedly.
