    Excellent Service!

    Andy is a hard-working, friendly, one-man-operation who I will be sure to call on again if need be. Hired Andy to come to our home to auger roots in our sewer line and use a camera to check out the line. Was booked from 3pm to 5pm but he stayed on until 6:30pm to get the job done and answer our questions. Andy is able to keep his prices lower than other plumbing operations because he doesn't have an office with staff to pay for. Excellent service for the price.

    Drain Odour

    After a washroom renovation we were experiencing drain odour. Did some research, read reviews and gave Ducky's a call. The response was prompt. Andrew was professional, honest and competent. Customer service was top notch and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

    Main sewer clogged

    On Sunday evening my main sewer was backed up and within an hour Andy was here. My house was built in 1929 with a finished basement. Andy quickly found the hidden access behind a wall and cleared the drain in a quick, professional, and cleanly manner. Very happy with the service and highly recommended.

    Clogged sewer line

    Hearing the panic in our voices as we described the problem in our basement, Andy arrived quickly to our house. He explained that he would video the sewer and auger out the line. Andy's equipment looked to be top-notch and in less than 2 hours he had our problem fixed. Our sewer line was 95% blocked by tree roots, which his auger was able to take care of easily. Andy is competent and personable, his equipment is in great shape, and his rates are more than competitive. Highly recommended!

    Xmas emergency

    With people coming over for Xmas eve and not enough time to build an outhouse, Ducky's service level was exceptional! They dealt with our new rental home toilet issues. Prompt, friendly, charged fairly and saved us a lot of stress!! 12/10!

    new hot water tank

    Had a new hot water tank installed. Andy was right on time, quote was accurate and the job was done quickly and no mess. have recommended Ducky's to many friends. Keep up the great work!!

    Excellent Work

    Thanks Andy for a great, quick and professional job on my clogged drain. Your wife was excellent and well organized on the phone and sent me a reminder text. You were early for the job which is always a good sign. Although the job wasn't pleasant you stayed in a good mood and reassuring. Well done, we will be calling you back and referring you to others.     Hot water tank replacement, tap and toilet repairs

    Excellent service from this company. Have used them before, and will use them again. Found this plumber to be knowledgeable, honest, and dependable! What more could one ask for in a company?

    Clogged Kitchen Sink

    Third time calling Andy, and third time completely satisfied with response time, service, and price. Had a very stubborn clogged double kitchen sink that I snaked myself, to no avail. Called Manon and was thrilled that Andy could show up same day. He called to keep me up to date on his arrival and showed up as promised. He spent close to two hours on the job and found the clog much further into the system than I could have ever dealt with. Had it fixed in a jiffy, gave us advice for the future, and charged exactly what was quoted. Manon and Andy run a professional operation and I have absolutely no reluctance to recommend them for any plumbing issue. Now part of my speed dial list.

    Drain cleaning out

    Extremely fast response. Professional. Clean. Reasonably priced. Super happy! Would recommend to absolutely everyone. 1/2 the price of the big names with twice the service.
