Our 19-year-old furnace finally gave out this week, the cold weather turning a simple appliance failure into a genuine emergency. Sam was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option without any high-pressure sales tactics. Sam arrived within an hour of posting the job. Blown capacitor in our aging A/C compressor unit. He replaced it quickly and restored our cooling. Excellent work!
