    Dryer repair

    Thorough examination of the dryer, discovered it was an electrical problem in the outlet. Explained what to do if happens again and recommended an electrician come to evaluate

    Refrigerator repair

    Dima, the technician from Fix Appliances was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the problem we faced with our fridge. After analyzing the issue, he thoroughly explained the repair requirements and the cost and then proceeded with the job. He worked efficiently and confidently and with unquestioned skill, so we anticipate there will no further leaks in the kitchen. Great service from Fix Appliances and specifically from Dima.

    Kitchen oven repair

    Replace igniter on gas oven. The technician was great and the work was completed in less than 30 minutes. The service call was $89 and I was informed that this would be waived if I authorized the repair. The labour charge was $189 which seemed very suspicious and certainly exorbitant for a 30 minute repair. I would not have expected to pay more than $100 for the labour so will not recommend this company to anyone and will probably not use them again. Unless they wish to refund $89.

Likewise, the gas certified technician spent more that 1 hour and 45 minutes completing the service call, ranging form diagnosing the appliance, to installing the part and to testing the gas stove to ensure a professional, high-quality repair service. Our company strives to provide the best possible service, and based on our check in and check out history, the technician spent 40-45 minutes diagnosing the appliance and 1 hour doing the repair, a significant difference from what you reported.     repair leaking dishwasher

    Dryer repair

    The heating coil and belt were replaced and as a bonus the technician cleaned out all the lint from all the components while the drum was removed. The labour was $200, a little pricey, but the service was excellent.

    Fridge repair

    My fridge was oozing out water from underneath, wrecking my hard wood floors. The very nice, efficient and punctual repair person explained my thermostat and hose needed to be replaced, had the parts on hand, and fixed the issue on the spot. Very happy and would recommend! Also, I was able to request appointment online online on a Sunday, and immediately got a call back and confirmed appt. date/time (just 2 days later!).

    Washing machine

    washer repair by Dima

    Samsung washer repair

    Very accommodating to come and repair washer as soon as possible. Very professional and knowledgeable. Identified a couple of issues. Parts ordered came in quickly and he got washer back up and runny ng in a timely manner. Great service!
