    Dryer repair

    Drying times long, needed my Kenmore machine assessed and fixed. Was concerned because it was a kenmore and no service from sears anymore So pleased with quick service set up, tech on time and very thorough. Will definitely use them again!

    Fridge repair by Dima

    Replaced thermostat and drain tube. Defrosted drain system Was very polite and let me know exactly what the problems were and what he was going to address them.

    Dryer repair

    Very convenience booking and scheduling. A notification call prior to arrival. A technician was professional and friendly. An instantaneous diagnostics and explanation of the problem. Quickly resolved the issue and recommendations given.

    plumbing repairs to fridge

    The technician was quite knowledgeable and took his time to complete the job with satisfaction. He spoke well, tidy, explained the job. Though the job did not take long to fix, he was confident in completing his technical skills.

    Dryer

    Our dryer wasn’t drying the clothes at all. A quick phone call and the following day a very personable, professional technician (sorry can’t remember his name...but I know he’s from Moldova) gave us a quote and subsequently repaired the dryer in a couple of hours.

    Washing machine repair.

    My 12 year old washing machine needed a new belt and pulley and drainage cleaning. Dima explained the problem and work progress as he went. He gave me quote quickly, ordered parts quickly. I am very happy with the service.

    Washer repair

    Given a time between 10-12 and the repairman was on time. Fixed the broken pump in 1 hour and cleaned the area perfectly... excellent service.. would definitely recommend!
