    Gas oven repair and washer machine

    They came and assessed repairs on our gas oven and washer machine. They were great at fitting us in in short notice and had the part we needed without a long wait time.

    Dryer repair

    My drier had broken down unexpectedly and I was lucky enough to get the technician to come by the next morning. Both the office staff and the technician had the highest degree of customer service and were very knowledgeable. The problem was fixed quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend their service.

    Electric stove repair.

    Called Fix for repair of stove element that would only work on high. Fix technician, Serge, did some trouble shooting and isolated a defective switch. A part was ordered and he advised it would be about 3 business days to obtain part and do repair. He returned on the third day and all is well. Works great. No issues and Serge was very professional and answered any and all questions we had. He showed up when he was supposed to and it was a pleasant experience. Would call Fix again, if/when needed.

    Washer

    The employee was very courtious and knowledgeable. He completed the work same day I called. I was so happy to have my washing machine work again. Thank you very much.

    Dryer repairs

    Dryer was making some screeching noise, the tech (Oleg), quickly analysed, and explained what needed to be done. Finished the job quickly, and it works perfectly.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Dishwasher stopped draining and I needed a fast repair. Called several local contractors on a Sunday, no answer. Found Fix Appliance via internet search, called and got an immediate answer. The person was helpful, courteous and set up a next day service call. She explained the costs clearly so that I would know what to expect. The service man, Serg arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, let me know what the cost would be and effected the repairs quickly. He was very courteous, friendly and provided some recommendations for avoiding the issue in the future. Fix Appliance provided fast, courteous service and I would strongly recommend them for servicing your appliances.

    Appliance service on LG stove

    Very certious, professional and on schedule. They were a breath of fresh air to deal with, considering all the frustration I expirenced with the manufacturer.

    GE Dishwasher

    We had a drainage issue with our GE dishwasher. We called J&S plumbing. In short they were awesome, but recommended an appliance tech look at the problem before they do any work. Called FIX and a lady returned my call. She was professional and very detailed in her info and responses. Serge came the next day on time. He was professional, experienced and thorough in his work and his explanation. The problem was fixed and also a recommendation in terms of what to look for in the near future with regards to any drainage issues. I highly recommend this company and we have probably dealt with over 50 service providers in the last 5 years, unfortunately. Would call them again for future appliance issues. Thank you Serge.
