    gas dryer had no heat

    The guy that came was very professional. He was a very nice guy and was very knowledgeable. The piece I needed to fix my dryer with had to be ordered. Fortunately the company got the piece in within a couple of days. It was the last one in Toronto and if it had not been available, I would have had to wait 3 more weeks for the piece to be ordered from the states. They found the piece I needed, got it sent up to Collingwood and had my dryer fixed all within one week. Great service!!!!

    Dishwasher "Repair"

    Called based on homestars reviews, dishwasher not diagnosed with technician - he said re-install it? Called Maytag and had their technician come out to diagnose and replace 2 parts 2 days later. Called and explained, he said he would refund me the service call if I provided a bill from the other company. I did - then I am told, "sorry, not so sorry we won't refund you." Call the manufacturer next time and get someone recommended.

The technician noticed that the dishwasher wasn't installed properly by manufacturer requirements and recommended to call us again if the same issues will occur again. You've emailed us an invoice from Whirlpool that your dishwasher was repaired about one month after our service call. The invoice has no description on what was done and unfortunately you never contacted us since the service call was done to let us know that you have an issue with the dishwasher. We apologize what appeared to be a simple repair became complicated but this was not a fault of the technician. We attempted to explain this to you however you did not agree with us.     $200 to fix a dishwasher door that won't close?

    Our dishwasher was working, but the door wasn't closing properly. I understood that there was a $75 fee for the service call that would be rolled into the cost of repair. The repairman arrived 30 minutes late (with no phone call explaining why, nor any explanation for his lateness when he arrived), looked at the dishwasher and said that it would be $200 to fix it IF no parts were involved. We said, "good bye." After paying $75 for the visit.

    I had my new dishwasher installed

    They were very professional and dig a great job. They even picked up the unit from the store for me.

    Problem with my dishwasher

    Thank you Fix Appliances for a fast, efficient and courteous service. It was a positive experience from the start. It started with Diana at customer service who took the time to explain how it works. And Serge the " repair guy". He took the time to explain what the problem was and what he was going to do. He even suggested some tips to keep my dishwasher working. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will certainly talk about your company to people around me :)

    Fix combination (gas and electric) oven.

    Guy was great. VEry helpful and informative. Will certainly contact you again. Not sure why this has to be minimum number of words - I have nothing more to say. Guy was great. Very helpful and informative. Will certainly contact you again.

    Gas Dryer Repair Wasaga Beach

    Technician arrived at the arranged time, determined the issue with our gas dryer and quoted us a price to repair it. We went ahead with the repair and it was fixed in less than 45 minutes. Technician was very professional. Very satisfied with his work and would recommend the firm.

    Gas dryer repair

    We have a gas dryer, repairman arrived at the time promised. Proceeded to determine the problem gave me the price to repair it. He completed the job all within about an hour. Very satisfied with his work.

    Unacceptable. 1 Month Warranty of a replaced part

    Tech's order new Thermostat. Installed after 5 day wait. Ran fine until last week. Emailed the issue. Was told there is ONLY a 1 month Warranty on the part. Really?? Not accepatble, given all there " Satisfaction" statements etc. Do not bothere with them. Get the Manufacturer to recommend a company/
