    Kitchen refrigerator repair

    My fridge stopped being cold but my freezer has ice buildup. Dima came and explained everything to me including showing me the results of some of the tests so I would know what was being done. I appreciate the openness

    Rangehood

    Very disappointed with their sales approach and no care whatsoever for the clients. I called in twice and asked them to skip the diagnostic cost because I knew the motor of the rangehood was dead. They insisted and said we cannot skip that process and that I had to pay $89.99 plus tax, which then they would refund after I decide to go with the repair. The technician came in in 5 MINUTES assessed the situation and said motor needs to be replaced, no wonder Paid for the diagnostics! After two days I got an estimate which was $816!!! To replace a Falmec rangehood motor, half of which was labor cost!!!! I called another company and they said the motor costs $239 instead of $379 quoted by Fix appliances and labor would be $129 instead of $369 quoted by Fix appliances! Bad customer service from the integrity perspective and extremely high estimates which tells me they dont care as they are making the $89 on the diagnostic calls no matter what! I highly do not recommend due to their unethical business practices.

    Refrigerator Repair

    Very pleased with Fix Appliances. The appointment process was simple and the tech (Dima) arrived promptly. He explained everything in detail, was friendly and made sure that my property was respected while he was here. I am very happy with the results, the price and the service. I highly recommend this company and will call them again when I next require an appliance repair.

    LG dishwasher repair

    LG dishwasher showing error 5C. Technician quickly diagnosed and repaired. Friendly office arranged the visit, quote and payment processed smoothly.

    Excellent work

    The team did excellent work, quickly ordering the parts fixing my dishwasher. Will definitely use their services again.

    Dryer Repair

    Had Eric come by, I had an issue with my dryer for about a week, thinking he would only take a quick look to diagnose, he actually took the whole dryer apart to throughly look and even show me all the parts, functions and what is my problem. Price was a little bit high than expected but with the current supply chain, nothing surprises me. Overall, really satisfied with the honesty, explanation and proccess

    Fast, quiet and efficient.

    Had a LG fridge stop cooling and a LG dishwasher stop draining. Twice I have used this company and twice they have come through for my family. Fast and reliable service. The technician was quiet and efficient, just like my appliances are now after being serviced. I would highly recommend Fix Appliances Ca.

    Very happy with Dryer repair by Dmitry

    Dmitry came on time. Quickly found the problem, explained and showed me the part that has to be replaced and he gave me an estimate. Part was in stock because when I called the company number they asked the brand of the dryer and I described the problem so Dmitry came prepared. Really happy with the service and I will definitely use Fix Appliances again. Thank you Dmitry.

    Dima is professional and polite!

    Our fridge stopped working. Within 24 hours we had a technician, Dima, at our home working on a solution. Dima was profession and polite. He explained everything that he was doing as well as the solution. Wiithin 2 hours all was resolved. Our food is cold again!
